Ive known for a long time dommo has always wanted staff and he will be good for the job hes friendly to talk to and does an amazing job as exo including Dealing with alot of questions wihich his current members have or other members of a differant reg have Hes also Scottish but seriously i belive he can live up to being a good staff member one day

Yea what everyone else said about you is true and I agree completely
You are really young and haven't seen anything that puts you above any of the other applicants, also it is extremely hard to understand you half the time sorry, so if you do join staff you might have to just be a typer in most claims
Application was pretty good and you listed some good points about yourself

However In most reg's recently you get NCO then Resign in a Loop and Hvae not gotten Major+ Since CG so id recomend sticking with a reg for a while before applying and Correct me if im wrong im pretty sure you cant Be batt and SPL+?

I'm slightly torn on this one...

I'm going to have to agree with Index here in saying that you have changed quite a fair bit ever since your rank transfer from Battalion. You have begun to speak your mind a little bit more freely in certain discord channels and in TeamSpeak, with some messages coming off as just plain rude to some people or just acting like you don't give a shit in some scenarios. I'm sure you can change for the better again, however with your recent resignation from 501st and EP for Mental reasons and just not being able to keep up. Now you said your plans had changed, but what prevent that from happening again forcing you to do the same thing all over again?

You're a great guy Sandy, but I'm not sure if Battalion would still be a good thing for you, as you said "gmod rp is a job".

You have changed slightly from the guy I knew when you were in battalion you've became slightly irresponsible along with yelling in chats to get a word over people, I think you need to work on yourself a bit more before adding more stress that has a possibility of bringing you back to that unhealthy mindset 
You have experience and thats good along with you have put a bit of effort into this application but I think you need to sort yourself out as I stated above, Again sorry if this makes you mad but I rather be truthful with you than lie.   

Would most likely do well in Battalion again, I wonder perhaps the reason you struggled with mental health was partially because of Battalion in the past and that led you to resigning? Could definitely be wrong with that one. Nonetheless I'm sure you'd do a good job but I would like to keep you in 442nd.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion (100 words minimum): In battalion you have to be strict and have to enforce the rules on the base by granting and denying requests on Defcon 5 and When supervising a regiment your to sipervise the hierarchy and troopers to ensure there all doing there job properly you are to host trainings for the base as open sims and regimental trainings that reflect on there battle style Example 501st Breaching 442nd Barricade building CE flying if a PME is going on and you notice clones being killed you are expected to lead the base to safety and ensure the safety of the base. you also have a CL5 which you have to be responible with your other equipment as a Stun blaster and Elastic restraints that you should not abuse.
 

Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum): I have been Battalion Before and have reached Colonel i originally left cause i got bored and i recently left the server for collage but plans changed and got pushed back quite far so for the meantime i think ill retry batt again. i know how to supervise regiments well and lead base attacks and planetarys i will be active as i have alot of free time now and till summer and with my previous batt experience i think i would fit in just fine i might have to adapt to some new rules in batt but im sure it will be easy. i may have fucked up a little in OOC matters such as staff but thats more OOC reasons but in IC ive never done anything bad and ive always met my mins or atleast tried my best to. i am well equiped for leading any IC situations and i know how to deal with alot of Regimental situations aswell i know not much people like hearing my voice on voice amp but ill make sure to make quick orders for the battles with some strategy in them and ill always try my best to lead at 100%

What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail): they are to stick with there regiment there assigned to and help them out in any way possible but if needed to takeover leading they always have to remain on standby and know the staus of the battle

I may not know Sandy as well or for as long as many others who know him, but from the time I've seen him, he's a very dedicated and respectful member of the community who I think should be considered for the battalion role.
