In all honesty I did not properly read this response, the sight of it alone made me question the type of person you are let alone type of staff member you would be. The fact you go out of your way to tell a CT to Salute you tells me all I need to know about you, you are clearly power hungry and not someone I would like to see as staff, now as the Rear Admiral and during my Trial Vice Admiral period I would expect someone to salute me as I am a rank of power and authority - however you are a meer Colonel it is sad you must fill your ego with a person saluting you on a video game, this is not the type of person I would like to see in staff.  Now as a an Ex SWRP Mod, DarkRP Senior Mod and finally Deathrun Senior Mod I have never seen something a protentious as this, Joe I never pegged you as someone so power hungry. Just from this answer alone my intuition tells me from all my experience being an ex SWRP Mod, DarkRP Senior Mod and finally Deathrun Senior Mod, you are not and never will be ready for the staff team

It was a mistake and people have gotten away scot free for much worse mistakes. 
He didn't mean to do it, he's not some random no name CT #### that just came on the server with the intention to fuck around and should either be unbanned or have the ban time reduced to just 4 days or a week or smthing instead of 10.

The one thing that is making me say neutral is because it took him 3 years to get these 30 warnings but it is still 30 warns which is quite difficult to achieve. He got 30 chances to improve and he knew when he was reaching the late 20 warns that he was close to getting permabanned. He knew exactly what was going to happen. 
I´m someone who has to see and hear what he says and how he acts and I still think he is the same. He is an old time player but he has still been very toxic towards a lot of people in-game. If he is to be unbanned he should definitely be on a one warning basis but in my opinion his attitude would still need improvment (I know its not only his attitude against me but also people he speak to over other games).
You gave him 30 chances and how many more should he get and how soon after his unban? A lot of other people have had to wait for a longer time to get their chance to be unbanned and has been less toxic especially after he was given so many warnings and he was told off in GM for being toxic. He never really improved and it ended up with him getting a blacklist in GM due to the fact that he didnt want to improve his toxcitity.

I don't really know much about you lad, you got to EXO in CT doe so that's something that shows you know what you are doing ig, not much to comment on from my point of view.

What your suggestion is:
A topic that I instigated over the weekend (to much controversy) was that perhaps RC was in need of a change due to their apparent overwhelming strength at times, obviously this was furiously refuted by members of RC (Which I dont blame them for, id want to preserve any advantage I had aswell)

In response I sent out a google form just to validate my claims so that it wasn't just me who felt changes were needed for them. Decided to put it here as dropping it in discord just seems to allow people the chance to shit talk rather than actually address the issue.

EDIT: Realised i didnt actually make a suggestion, id personally like to see happen what the final response suggested, in that moving RC back towards what they once were 1+ years ago.

(Yes before people start going off about it I know ill get shit for this, ive already had certain people throwing personal insults at me for threatening their precious in game power, im really not fucking arsed at this point, we are literally pretending to be clones in a star wars roleplay server, none of this should piss you off enough to get personal. And if certain people want to keep telling me im wrong then look at the numbers, its amazing how many people can be honest when they dont think it will affect their IG/OOC rank or promotions.)
