    Bob, you've changed a lot, which has had a great improvement of your character.

    But TDM events have not changed from being difficult, sit ridden, "RDM!" infested malarky.

    I agree with Rex, events with 70-80% RP are great, with some potential combat as a reward, not a given. 

    Then again, events that tie into previous events are also great. TDM events can't really be tied that well into later TDM events.

    But RP events can.

    Good afternoon, once again I return to the forums to give my feedback to the incoming SCP-RP Staff Applications as they have recently re-opened for the instalment of V7. Below I will give in detail my response and thoughts on your application. 
    Taking a look at your application structure and features, I would say that you managed to answer most of the application questions precisely and clearly. It is important to understand that the more clear and precise an application is, the better. This does not only concern applications on this Forum for a virtual position, but in general for real-life encounters such as job applications, and forms for acquiring titles. I am also happy that you included a link to your Steam profile, however, in other fields such as your playtime and previous warns there is nothing. I will understand, due to the server being inaccessible to all members of the SCP player base this is virtually impossible with the exclusion of old Screenshots. As a reminder, do not let it become a habit when the server releases.
    You mention your level of activity, which seems to be around 10~ hours a day, which to me seems unrealistic if you measure in other events that might take place in your life, however, the baseline then would be at least in the hours of a day, which is excellent. Your time zone and where you originate from do not seem to have an issue with the weekly Staff Meetings that will be organized in the future, just remember that you lie one hour ahead of the British Timezone that the server uses as a standard. 
    You mention being in both Discord Support and Server Staff before reaching the peak of Administrator throughout your membership in the staff teams. You mention you don't exactly remember when circa you served these positions, however looking at the Staff Spreadsheet you can get a better idea from your previous demotions, something I will get into further down the line. We can see on the spreadsheet that you were at least an Administrator in 2020, and a Senior-Moderator in 2021 and attempted to rejoin the Server Staff team in August of last year. I could not find any trace of you directly being in the Discord Support Team, however, I have spoken to some individuals who recognize your appearance as a part of Discord Moderation sometime throughout this period. 
    You show per requirement basic knowledge of ULX commands something to be expected based on your previous records within Werewolf Gaming as both a Server Staff Member and Discord Support. The commands you mention are some of the most essential outside of utilizing both menus and !xban, or the TAB menu to issue commands, such as bringing an individual to you, freezing them, as well as the !goto command which teleports you to a player. As a future tip for becoming a Staff Member, and this goes for all applicants or those who are considering applying, I'd recommend when getting the opportunity to tie together pieces, to include as much as possible whilst doing so, without overdoing it. In the question regarding basic ULX knowledge, it is a perfect opportunity to show knowledge of other features the server has, such as !Menu, the TAB Menu commands, and other things, of course for those who are familiar with them. This can aid in giving an advantage to other applicants, the more knowledge you can show you have, the more likely you are to be picked. Again, there's no point in overdoing it, however, that is not for me nor my place to give input on, considering I am the only member of these Forums who puts effort into their responses. 
    It is great to hear that you have a lot of motivation to become a member of our Server Staff team, Just remember whether you are accepted or not, to play in moderation. As I have mentioned to previous applicants in my feedback, burnouts happen frequently if you put in a lot of effort constantly, and keep the pressure. It is important to take breaks, failure to do so may result in not wanting to play resulting in dropping activity and constant LoAs. Speaking of Inactivity and LoAs, your record as a previous Server Staff member is not entirely clean. You have been demoted twice for inactivity, once as an Administrator, and once as a Senior-Moderator. Because of this, although you say things have been figured out, I hope you understand I have to consider it when grading your application. 
    Unlike other applicants I have seen, you seize the opportunity to tie in more of the role of the G.O.I and Foundation oppositions when mentioning what the SCP-RP genre is about. You explain however very simply, and my best tip for the future is also talking about how all of these factors matter for the Roleplay experience as a whole. It is a Roleplay genre, you manage to explain about parts of what is in the genre, but not how all these cohere, well, at least not aiming for the Grade: "A+" if this was an exam. Still, I am happy you mentioned the free will to create a character and play as them. That is what roleplay is about. I also like that you give a little description of some of the roles of the G.O.I. you mention. 
    I would've personally liked to see some examples of the V6 ruleset you are asked if you know anything about, although it is not necessary, as I constantly say in my feedback to any applicant of any application, when you have the chance, seize it! If you want to secure a position, put in effort where you see there is a possibility. If you are accepted, I recommend you re-read the rules for the release of SCP-RP V7 and keep in mind that these rules will be rewritten to some extent. 
    To summarize, the structure of your application follows the template, and you elaborate on most questions well. There have been previous hiccups with activity, you attempt to redeem yourself now with this application, mentioning things are going better for you. I hope that you can show this redemption if you were to be accepted. Looking past this, you answer the questions that are asked, you don't seize every opportunity to fill with as much information as possible, but regardless this is no bad application. With your previous record, I'd say that if the Server Management feels forgiving, they should give you a chance for this redemption!

    From experience and anecdotes about your tendency to join the staff team then go on LOA then leave a short time after. it would not be ideal to spend time and resources training, monitoring, mentoring you, etc, if you plan on leaving a short time after.
    On a different note: 
    You're a good lad and I had no issue with your staffing last time around. If you truly wanted to stick around I would have no issue having you back.

    How will this help RP?:
    The Janitor acts as a deterrent for small time extradimensional threats from attacking the Foundation through the use of visually generic cleaning equipment. They appear within the Foundation in seemingly random areas, making conversation whilst they work and giving odd tasks to those that pass by.
    As such, they will interact with all sorts of people from the LCZ to the EZ, simply as the Site's Janitor. Conversing with researchers, security personnel and administration allows for alternative, creative solutions to mundane, site related problems such as spilt milk. Or, for instance, how to formulate protection against paranatural threats to the site and its people.
    I will encourage speaking with administration and/or others to form more sensible solutions, or to simply encourage a sense of roleplay amongst the hierarchy. The odd tasks I mention may be mundane, such as finding a new mop.

    Why do you deserve to be unbanned?:
    I was banned around October 2020. It is currently the end of January 2022, approximately 1.5 years. Before I was banned, I was specifically asked to become a staff member and had 0 warns to date. The reason behind Xunt's ban was me allegedly mentally distorting him, something I said jokingly in the literal memes channel of the discord. Note that my message was sent right after Xunt's first resignation, probably in August 2020, and my ban was almost 2 months after. I believe that I was specifically targeted and my ironic statement was used as an insubstantial reasoning for my ban. 
    I will admit that I had on numerous occasions where I verbally clashed with Xunt and often insulted him on Discord. These insults were me basically calling him retarded or dumb, maybe more heavy, and I often went against his decisions on forums as well. This was because I was allowed too and I was not given a warning for my actions either, straight up banned. 
    He is gone, the drama is literally 1.5 years behind us and before my ban, I was a former staff member and had no warns despite my ~8 weeks of playtime. To sum up, I believe that I deserve to be unbanned because my ban was unreasonably issued, times have passed and I apologise if anyone was negatively affected by things I said. If Xunt was actually affected by my actions, I apologize to him and say that he could have dealt this with me privately without straight up banning me.

    Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions):
     I highly believe that I am an encouraged individual, and able to come up with greater and brighter ideas for the Council, it can allow me to have conversations with other fellow Council Members, and see their sides of certain stories, and or situations. I see that the Council can be serious at the time, and I believe a friendly, serious and dedicated member would bring stability and diversity and variety to the Council, which will be favourable.

    Working under pressure and staying calm is ideal for an O5 Council Member. I believe bringing a new role to the Council will be pleasing to have. And I believe I will be able to serve. All O5 Council Members personally all have their own judgement on their own things, one may get angry and shoot, yet another may lock them up. The new role I wish to bring is patience, calmness and determination. Of course there are many more reasons, but I believe bring a diverse member of the Council will be exactly right for the council, to open a new mindset for them, and making things go way one way or another, either with violence, or ethically.

    Regarding all this, let's go back to the main question: I wish to bring a new experience and a new fresh role to the Group, making disscussions with council colleagues and able to come to the answer of certain questions much faster and efficiently, open a new mindset for myself and my colleagues to new experiences oppertunites, and of course to show absolute determination & to assist my colleagues with needs, and as most importantly, be professional, and upkeep a good posture on the job. With all that being said, I believe bringing this role to the council will be a good choice to keep in mind.



     

     

    Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Adminstration?: 
    The O5 Council are the highest ranking foundation personnel on the site/ the owners of the Foundation thus makes them differ from other Site Administration;

    Other Site-Administration sometimes attend or notify the personnel if they have arrived on-site, I've seen this happen a few times with a simple "SD on-site" or "ECM on-site." Preferably an O5 Council Member, would choose to stay unidentified, and not notify anyone of their presence to prevent any bad event from happening. -  The CL2 personnel are unaware of their existance, and The Council would like to keep it that way.

    What may differ too, are the secretive MTF Operatives that follow the Council Members, and provide them with a layer of protection with their Assault Rifles and absolute dedication to protecting the Council.
    Who may this be?: MTF Alpha-1.

    Mobile Task Force Alpha-1, appropriately nicknamed the Red Right Hand, are the protectors and guardians of the Notorious and inaccessible O5 Council. These are the best of the best, handpicked for both skill and absolute loyalty to the Council. They work with an extra layer of secrecy and accept their orders directly from O5. Seemingly the O5 Council are able to grant any sort of request at their will, but they will mostly deny requests depending what this could be.

    What is the O5 Council?
    The O5 Council, are the highest members and top leaders in the Foundation. It consists of 12 Council Members and sometimes an additional member to break up ties in votes. The members of the Council have to work together to make the right decision at the right time. Varying from money and budgets, to certain projects that are active within the site, and overseeing the foundation and the staff that are located within. Most members don't do the everyday thankless tasks of course they give orders down the Chain of Command to the simple researcher and security guard. They too have limits though from a higher power that they and a spare few others know of.

     Like a lot of secret organizations, the Foundation goes to great lenghts to make sure their forbidden knowledge remains secret, that's why low level junior researchers, guards, and janitorial staff aren't privy to where all the bodies are buried - both literally and metaphorically speaking. The O5 are a group of 12 or 13people, usually named "The Overseers" or "The Overwatch" etc.

    The Foundation has five levels of security clearance, and the O5 Council and their select staff are the only ones who are at Security Level 5 - also known as "Thaumiel Clearance." O5 Council members are also considered Class-A Foundation Staff; meaning they are of critical value to the operations of the Foundation.

    As such, they're not permited to interact with any anomalies for fear, corruption, alteration or death. Though of course seeing as they're the most powerful people in the Foundation, they don't always follow their own rules on this one. In the event of an emergency their evacuation and transportation to a designated Safe Zone becomes a top priority to all Foundation underlings. They rarley, if ever, interact with the majority of the Foundation instead favoring to use a vast network of messengers and go-betweens for security purposes.

    I am trustworthy and active on the server. I love participating in events and I would like to make some events of my own. My events will try to include as many people as possible and not just one or two people. I will take event feedback seriously and try to improve upon my events through any feedback I receive after my events. I will be dedicated to my events, and I WILL NOT abuse my powers. I promise not to break any of the rules while I am event planner and will accept any punishments if I do so without complaining. I will include combat and roleplay in my events and not just one, so it doesn't get boring over time. I won't make an event that's purely combat but I may make an event that's purely roleplay if I believe it is necessary. The reason I want to include both roleplay and combat in my events is so that people who enjoy combat and people who enjoy roleplay can both enjoy the events that I do. I will also look at other event planner's events and their feedback so that I can also improve on my ideas for events.
    Your event plan:
    My event will include CI and the Foundation (mainly CI and Site Administration/O5s). A CI Delta will be contacted IC and will relay information about my proposal to CI management so that the event can begin. The event will be in 2 parts: CI preparing for the event and then CI starting the event. Information about the event may be leaked to the Foundation so that Foundation can prepare for it (this it not guaranteed). CI will be given MTF Beta-1 disguises (B-1 models) and will infiltrate the Foundation through roleplay by tricking the Foundation through a fake document about Beta-1 coming back to the site or they will have to improvise. CI will have to act like B-1 but their main goal is trying to get Site Administration/O5 demoted, PKed or taken hostage. After that has been done, CI will either have to shoot their way out of site through combat or passively roleplay their way out (possibly through consequence RP). If CI take any hostages, they will interrogate hostages for information. CI could also try to steal classified documents from the Foundation while inside the site or trade hostages for something of value. Foundation could try to rescue the hostages if they wish to do so. After the event, CI management could give out promotions to CI participants in the event if they do well. MC&D will also be included in the event. The MC&D salesman will be given a contract IC to work together with CI on surface to defend against a raid from the Foundation. Upon completing the contract MC&D will be rewarded with 10M (by me). MC&D may also have another secret objective during the event...

    Describe the Bureau's of DOEA's and explain what they do (Use as much info as needed)
    - Administrative and Operations Bureau -
    The Bureau Delegates tasks to DEA/FA's to focus on Certain Issues Damaging External matters.
    Further the Bureau can communicate with MTF members to raid GOI bases. E.G. If a FA finds a CI (Chaos Insurgency) base the AOB (Administrative Operations Bureau) could order E-11 (If Needed) and MTF Nu7 to raid and take over the base.
    Further the AOB can Order the capture of anomalous objects and POI's (Person Of Interest)
    - Disinformation Bureau -
    The Primary Job of the DB (Disinformation Bureau) is to keep the veil of secrecy (The Foundation Hidden/Unknown) the job includes 
    1. Creating False Information: Lying to GOI's POI's and the Public to Divert any / all attention away from the Foundation and their goals.
    2. Amnestication: Amnesticating those who know too much about the Foundation and it's goals. Or those who have seen/ heard too much.
    - Intelligence Bureau -
    The Goal of the IB (Intelligence Bureau) is to track the location of uncontained anomalous objects, and gathering Information on Known GOI's. they set tasks for FA's and it's their duty to keep FA's in regulation and to utilise them when needed
    - Recruitment Bureau -
    The role of the RB (Recruitment Bureau) is to deal with the recruitment of Foundation personnel, Dclass personnel, and the use of anomalous humanoids commonly known as MTF Omega-12. Further Captured GOI personnel are also commonly known as MTF Sigma-66. Members of both Taskforces can be utilised as the RB sees fit but certain actions E.G. Grenade production and Distribution will have to be authorised by a member of the O5 first. 
    -- Job Rules --
    When in combat a HoEA member Can't Run at attackers and Convert them to S-66 or O-12. 
    When playing HoEA you report directly to the O5 council however this does not mean you have Jurisdiction over the SD who's say is final however if you feel the SD has done a wrong move or something "Unethical" you can report them to the ECM / O5.
    As HoEA you do not have the power to command onsite stationed MTF and should always confer plan of raids to the SD and if necessary contact an O5 member if it needs urgent approval.
    The HoEA is not a combat role therefore going out of your way to fight hostiles, running towards raids, going to surface unnecessarily or going to surface to watch raids is frowned upon and should not take place. 
    when an Anomalous Person or POI is captured before converting notify the onsite research department before converting them to O-12

    An NU7 unit has brought a Civilian to cells that was loitering for a long period of time at GA what's your course of action?
    Firstly I would ask the Nu7 to give some backstory so I can gather a vague representation of the full situation, Further I would ask the Nu7 if he/she had weapon checked the civ when bringing the Civ down, if not I would as the Nu7 to do it in the cell. If the Civ is armed I would ask for additional units to come to cells and help weapon strip the Civ. I would then ask the Civilian for their name and any for of Identification (such as an ID card passport ETC). Then to fully check I would search for any disguises to make sure the person isn't a hostile GOI member. Then I would then ask the Individual why there were stood at GA and how long they were stood there to see whether it would be worth Amnestication beforehand. If they fail to respond or do respond.
    After this I would move the Civ to the Interrogation room and ask them questions such as what do you know about this establishment ETC. after the questioning phase is over I would Blindfold the Civ and apply Class-A amnestics if possible or demote to Dclass if they had known about the area for more than 20m. I would then tell the Nu7 to Escort the Civ back to surface and away from GA.
    --- However ---
    If When I checked for a disguise it showed that they were part of a Known Hostile GOI (E.G. CI)
    I would take them to Interrogation and ask questions such as "Where is your FOB/Base" "Who is your leader" ETC. . . If the subject says nothing or says a little report then useful information such as Unis, FOB Loc, names, disguises ETC to MTF members in F comms and Administration either in person or over comms. after this I would convert the captured to MTF S-66 if I had free spaces. if I didn't have any free S-66 spaces the GOI would be demoted to Class D.

    If the Civ Turned out to be Anomalous I would bring to Interrogation and ask questions such as "How did you get your powers?" "Where is the object that gave you power located?" after questioning the Anomaly I would Convert to O-12 and if there are no paced Demote to Class D

    The Police Department Raided a CI base / FOB successfully and captured a CI operative, but the Operative leaked information about the Foundation and the anomalous world to the PD what is your course of action?
    I would Inform Administration members that the Foundation is known to the PD and that a CI Operative has been captured by PD. I would send my FA's in Suits with the fall back that they are High Ranking government officials and try to organise a deal for them to take the operative in which the member o PD sign a NDA in which states that any / all information that they know about the Foundation is to never be publicly or secretly distributed nor spoken about, if spoken the NDA will break and members of the PD / local government will be sent to federal prison or executed for leaking highly classified government information. if Signed and all goes well the Operative will be taken back to Foundation by the FA's and taken for questioning. 
    However if the PD refuse to sign the NDA and refuse to hand the Operative over the SD and Site Administration will be notified and briefed on plans to raid. If the raid is cleared all MTF Nu7 and E-11 if needed will be ordered to go to Cafe for a raid briefing. after the briefing is over the Commanders Of Nu7 and E-11 (If there) will be allowed to come up with a plan of action and raid tactics to Extract the mayor and the CI Operative for questioning. (Or Mass Amnesticate if approved and all PD are captured successfully) Or (When raiding kill all PD might be unethical but its a small majority or people at hand when the Secrecy is at Risk(But When raiding this happens most the time anyways)) 
    While the raid takes place all available FA's will be notified and briefed over comms to deal with Civs that know about the Foundation and Amnesticate where needed or capture if uncooperative.
    If all goes to plan and works the Secrecy of foundation is secure all MTF and FA's can go back to their normal duties.
     
    An Anomalous person has been spotted on the surface doing things a normal human isn't capable of doing (Running at Mach 10) (Jumping 15ft in the air) what would you do?
    I would get my FA's to gather information on how the POI moves and its areas it likes to hang about in a lot then with the right information I would tell the FA's to try and lure the Anom to a small spot in which it can be easily captured if however the Anom is Uncooperative I would order them to shoot it and kill it. If Captured I would tell the FA's / FA to bring the Anom back to Foundation where it can be interrogated and converted (If possible)
