Well, I've managed to get into and remain in the leadership positions that I have obtained so I feel like I'd also do well as a SD. I've also experienced almost every job that the Foundation has to offer and am therefore aware of their duties and responsibilities and what I must do to make sure their duties are performed. I've been in many other leadership positions so I know what to expect and do. 
What role does the Site Director have on the site?
The Site Director handles all that occurs within the site that he is assigned to. Making sure every single department does their job right and deals with issues that arise either within or between the departments. He reports directly to the O5 Council and only the council may overrule the decisions he makes. The SD has his SA that he can assign to deal with minor tasks occurring inside the site and the HoEA to deal with external ones. 
What is the O5 Council?:
The O5 Council consists 13, (12 on the server as O5-13 doesn't exist) they have the highest clearance available and have access to all the information present within the Foundation database. Some O5's are anomalous, each one has a different story and different secrets that they alone have that other O5's don't know about. They run different departments such as military, research, ethics, etc.

O5-8 is one of several O5 members to focus on Foundation security. Notable in particular for expanding Mobile Task Force funding and recruitment; responsible for a general proliferation and expansion of MTFs after the destruction of Omega-7 initially resulted in cutbacks.
Said to have a relatively low-key personality, but prone to becoming slowly more aggressive as situations escalate; many underlings report that he is very pleasant to work with at first, but invariably sours relationships as they evolve over the years.
There are also reports that rumor that "Dogwood" is in fact associated with another O5 report, "The Newbie"/"The Lesser", and that in fact "Dogwood" is one of the actual O5-8's competing chiefs of staff, whose star is presently falling due to internal drama. Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions):  i have played the server since v4 until v6, a minor "debacle" occurred which resulted in me getting falsely banned for something i didn't do, and i was unbanned a while after. I came back to the server a couple of weeks ago but under an alias just to get used to some of the changes in the server without being known as the person i am, and i believe i understand what is needed to participate properly in the current version of the O5 Council.

As some people may know, i managed the O5 council since V5, and as some of you may not know, i was (not to boost my ego) the person who brought the O5 council from being some whitelist job that anyone could apply to and just play O5 with their code name and act like a better SD, to a more serious job with limited slots and making it an actual council with people in it. I know i did not do the best job but i believe i did it better than some people i've seen manage jobs.

And on what i can bring, I can bring knowledge, i want to work with the council to manage the foundation and bring my insight to the table. I have played the job alot, and i know what people may experience when they take up the role of a O5 Council Member (Assasination Attempts, Incompetent Staff, SCP Breaches, there may be more but i don't know the exact story line of the server atm) and i believe i know how to handle sudden issues that may arise during my stay at the foundation.

I can bring strength, I would like to apply my experience playing the server in my job as a O5 council member and enhance the fortitude of the foundation and it's personnel, I know how i would be able to enhance the roleplay between other people and not just my own, be it through setting up squads to eliminate a threat or even a simple SCP test. Yes i may be one of the most important personnel but it doesn't mean that everything should focus on me.

I can bring integrity, some people see O5 as some snowflake job for people who want to feel special and want power, but i see it differently, i see it as a leadership role, I want to help show light on what the O5 council is truly about and it's values.
Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Administration?:
An O5 Council Member is an overseer,  he is part of a council who manages one of the strongest organizations in the world, The O5 would be the one to oversee and manage the foundation through the use of his personnel, The O5 is usually in a secure location, some O5s may roam around the facility, depends on the character. They are above every site personnel, and their word is above all else.

On the server, The O5 either stays in their office directing administration and personnel from there, or sometimes roaming and giving orders directly to the personnel.

Another point is what the O5's role is in the council, Usually most O5 Council Members may be assigned a department to managed (e.g., O5-8 "Dogwood" Deals with MTF).

The O5 Council are the Overseers of the foundation, They know every secret the foundation has.
They managed the S.C.P Foundation, an organization that operates in securing, containing, and protecting the foundation. The O5 Council manage the activities of the foundation and dignify what is right and what is wrong.

ok this is a really simple change:
change rule 7.11.1: SCP-1048 has to follow the orders of containment units under gunpoint.

ok but why?
today we had a little schism in cafe where 1048 was cornered up and under gunpoint from around 3 Nu-7 and a B-7. when said B-7 put his gun away to cuff, so 1048 was technically not under gunpoint anymore and didn't have to comply to fearrp. while some would argue he still is and this is just common sense, the rules never state this isn't allowed/do a bad job at it so technically it still is, and nobody could be warned for it
please change rules to make this a lot clearer and make this sort of stuff not happen anymore, tiny change couldn't hurt

I am applying for Event Planner since I want to be able to leave a positive mark on this community by creating and directing events that will allow people to have fun, communicate and work as a team, I'll also work to the best of my ability to change and adapt my events to the decisions made by the player base wherever possible to allow for a more natural and enjoyable event.
I know basic ULX commands and can learn them fairly fast, I also have experience in dealing with all sorts of players back when I was a staff member at SGM and being an Event Planner in here will allow me to better cultivate my skills as well as assisting players in either sits, teaching them how to play or in any other situation that may occur whilst I'm on the server.

  Why should I be picked for Event Planner? Well, I have been part of this community for quite a bit. I’m well known in the community by many,(as the dupe man). I’m not fucking retarded and know that if you do stupid shit you get hit with an @ followed by ‘’helo no more X role for you, demoted for being retarded’’. Why did I even decide to become an EP now? Many will say ‘’This mf really applied for EP finally so he could get a higher prop limit and access to the lights tool’’. And, I can’t deny that it is partially true. But I also did it cause finally, summer has arrived so I have much more free time to do stuff like events. I also just had some ideas in my head for what I wanted to do but the main thing that made me want to apply for EP was. Seeing how long I can go without being kicked, I mean, how hard can it be to not make a TDM event that’s really shit or just abuse ULX commands for one day. Also, there just aren’t any event planners now, had some in the past, now it is just Plague. So I wanted to add some more diversity and different events for everyone.

In almost 2 months of playtime, I've had a chance to experience all the possible RP groups and scenarios, so I know what this game mode and this server is about. I know all the rules so I know what can and can't be done. I'm experienced in the general lore of the SCP Foundation and the server. I'm active, I'm online every day so I believe I'm well-known enough within the community. I don't main a job, instead, I play multiple jobs so I think everyone had a chance to form an opinion on me. I have high positions on multiple jobs so I believe I'm trusted enough to have a position within the staff team.
I'll try to play as much as SoD as possible to complete the quota given by my higher-ups, I'll try to be helpful to solve the problems of the players.

Considering I don't have any previous experience as staff, I only know the most basic commands which I've learned by observing staff members. I'll list them here:

!bring is used to teleport a player to your current location, !return can be used to teleport the said player to their previous location. !goto can be used to teleport yourself to a player.

!freeze can be used to stop a player from moving and using any of their weapons/sweps.
!jail can be used to put a player in a cage.

!warn can be used to give a warning to a player, !ban can be used to simply ban a player from entering the server. !xban can also be used to access a tool that you can use to ban people with. !kick can be used to forcefully disconnect a player from the server while !reconnect can be used to kick a player from the server and instantly reconnect them.

Do you know what SCP-RP is about? (not just job descriptions):

SCP-RP is a gamemode which the players RP in the universe of the SCP Foundation. This gamemode is mostly based on SCP Wiki, there are some differences though. 
In this gamemode, you can RP as a member of the Foundation, an SCP, an ordinary citizen on the surface or a member of a GoI.
SCP Foundation is a secret organization with the primary target of protecting the mankind through the containment of paranormal entities named SCPs. Foundation has a different procedure to contain each SCP and they have multiple departments to keep things under control. A few examples would be Mobile Task Forces, Research and Development Department, Foundation Administration, Security Force, Department of External Affairs and other Foundation Personnel.
I don't want to elaborate on each department's duties so I'll move on to the surface and GoIs.
Considering the existence of the Foundation is supposed to be a secret, no ordinary citizen knows any information about the Foundation, so the life on the surface goes on as usual with each citizen doing their job. At the same time a GoI (Groups of Interest) means a group or an organization that also has interest in the anomalous world. Each GoI has a different target and each of them have a different way of reaching their tasks.

Yes, I've read all of the rules carefully, over and over again so I know what I can and can't do. I'll list a few basic rules:
Metagaming means using out of character information in character.
RDM stands for Random Death Match, it means attacking someone with no valid RP reason.
FearRP is a rule that forces a player to follow their kidnappers' commands, FearRP is optional unless you're cuffed.
NLR stands for New Life Rule, it means that if you die, you forget everything happened in your previous life, including where and when you've died so you can't go back to your death zone until 5 minutes pass.
Powergaming is using /me and /it commands to do things that your character couldn't do, such as /me nukes the site and kills everyone.

What is MTF E-11?:

MTF E-11  (Nine-Tailed-Fox) is a Special Task Forces, that work undersupervision of MTF A-1 (Red-Right-Hand), E-11 mostly deal with Site Security and Recontainment Procedures, E-11 can be deployed within sites or even outside in worse case scenario
What does MTF E-11 do on the server?:

On the server E-11 are pretty much multi-tasked: I mean by that:
Helping Security Forces with Site Security: Creating and manning Checkpoints, Retrieving escapees D's incase of a D-Personnel breach
Helping MTF-Nu-7 during raids of GOI's with their weaponery and other equipments even recontainment of SCP's that have reached Surface
Assisting Research Personnel during tests or even research
Working with MTF B-7 to recontain SCP that are still on site
MTF E-11 can also make sure that Security Protocols and Containment Procedures are applied correctly
 
Why do you want to be part of MTF E-11?:

I want to be part of MTF E-11 to gain responsability as i play mostly MTF B-7 CMDR/Unit where i'm only assisting E-11  and not much responsability is placed upon me, i want to prove myself and others if i'm able to procced with the same work with more responsability.

Past Experience in leadership/high ranking positions: Currently I hold the E-11 CMDR and HoEA WL. In the past I have been ISD and A-1. While ISD and A-1 are not leadership positions, they both are CL4 positions.
 
Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?: I believe I would be a good Site Director for multiple reasons. The first one would be that I am aware on how the foundation works. Due to my past experiences in different type of positions I know how the site works at multiple levels. I am quite adept at leadership, quick-thinking/actions under pressure. Due to me having experience as HoEA, I am also able to deal with external issues if needed. Another reason that I have a good understanding of the legal codex which would allow me to punish personnel accurately. I also like listening to others and seeing what they have to say which would allow me to get a better understanding of situations.
 
What role does the Site Director have on the site?:  The role of a Site Director is to maintain the well-being and security of the site. The best way to do it would be that the head of departments within the site are organized and working somewhat together. This is achieved not by ordering every person – micromanaging the site but by giving direct, understandable, and logical orders to the heads of all foundation departments. A Site Director also must report to the council, so they are also informed of what is happening on-site. Another job is to deal with law and punishments so disciplining personnel. This duty sometimes gets taken over by the Ethics Committee if they are present. Site Director also gives Site Advisers orders who work more closely to personnel and ensure that they are following their given orders/the codex/official foundation policy and whatnot.
 
What is the O5 Council?: O5 council are 13… entities. These are the highest-ranking personnel on-site. Everyone directly or indirectly answers to them. They are the ones that have the final say in everything. Only CL3 personnel know of their existence. Only a select few have even seen them, even less know them by name and appearance. They are almost untouchable but to maintain that they stay in secret. Due to them being secretive not much is known about them. One thing is clear though you do not go against them, but you follow their orders to the letter.

My previous record as an O5 both in mine and others' eyes was poor, usually showing me making unwise decisions in RP and acting like an idiot whilst on the job. However, I wish to improve myself and play the role of an important individual on this server. 
My reasoning for wanting to be part of the council is to make decisions, make action against issues and resolve any conflicts that could exist. I have been in situations before, and a few hours ago today (04/06/2021), where my decision making would make an impact on a situation which I needed to benefit myself or my side. This would include me playing the role of an A-1, Nu-7 or E-11, sometimes even ECM and in the past, HoEA. 
Besides that, I can bring the necessary skills that a leader would need, such as being able to think straight in a hazardous situation or making a decision which would bring positive benefits.

The O5 council member, as the name suggests, acts as an overseer for the foundation and partakes in important decisions making that will leave a mark on the Foundation as a whole, including how the site operates, GOI relations, etc. Additionaly, he doesn't go in head first into a situation, but watches and intervenes when necessary to aid either the site director or department head, or whoever he deems that needs his assistance.

What is the O5 Council?:
The O5 council is the highest ranking member of the administrative department made out of twelve council members, and sometimes a thirteenth council member who acts as a tie-breaker, who holds the ultimate power in one of the scariest organizations in world history. They are clearance five which means that they are at the top of the food chain and anything said by them will be completed, failure to do so would result in severe punishment. They are protected by their "Red Right Hands" which are the most loyal to them and will follow any order they are given. I can't go into much detail since the O5 council is easily described, but what they do exactly isn't.

Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?: I'm active pretty much all the time, i can work under pressure and stress, get things done when im ordered to. My extreme loyalty and dedication. My wisdom and administration skill alongside my leadership experience, I Am always willing to get the job done, no matter the cost.
What role does the Site Director have on the site? The Site Director is the highest ranked position within the site (Unless there's an O5 Present), with such a position, he is able to manage and organize the site and it's personnel as he sees fit. He is able to pass down orders, authorize raids, Direct defense and efforts within the site to achieve an objective. The Site Director is also responsible for the safety and security of the site, having the objective of making sure the site is always in Foundation control and in full operational capacity. The SD Can also act as the ''Mouth-Piece'' of the O5, Executing and passing down orders on their behalf.
What is the O5 Council?: The O5 Council, Also known as the ''Overwatch'' or ''Overseerers'', are the shadowy and mysterious Top Echelon of Command for the foundation, They are the ones who have supreme control over the foundation and can do what ever they see fit with it and they do not answer to anyone. Why you should pick me:
I want to start off by saying that picking me for Event Planner is a very good idea as I am very dedicated to the server and always enjoy my time on.
I will try to do a large event every 2 weeks by which I mean 3 days and longer. However, I am very flexible in my schedule and can do smaller events/ more fun focused events every week. I plan my events carefully so that every, or almost all players enjoy it or can participate in it. I will do my events in the Evening and on the Weekend so that as many people as possible can play and my main focus making events would be to increase RP during and after the event and not make it 100% Combat.
With my good playtime of 3 Weeks I already have lots of experience and know what the others want and might be interesting to do.
I have no staff experience as of yet, however I am a fast learner and it won't be a problem for me as I will focus more on events than moderation of the server. I know that it is also my duty to moderate but with less priority.
I would love to be an event planner because I’m full of Ideas that I want to try out.
I will try to become the best and improve with each event I do.
Lastly, I would really love to be on the event team to create my creative thoughts and project them into the game.
