Sorry Maln this is a - 1 from me, 
Sometimes with questions you can have it short but sweet so you answer it clearly but that doesn't happen it's just short, I understand your lack of knowledge towards Tier I and Tiers II due to star wars doesn't have that system but you could of read the NRP punishment guide which explains most things you need to know. 
I think you should wait until the server launches and get abit more play time under your belt to understand how everything goes.

ok I would ask them for evidence like screenshots or preferebly video evidence, also dont give him an even bigger punishment than suitable from the punishment list because those are the punishments so you should stick with them, you could also warn him for wasting your time aswell as lying to staff as there was no rdm in that situation.
 
Seems good but I think OTA is picked out of Civil Protection if I am not mistaken and if the server is up he has to apply for CP IC and not on the discord server but the rest seems good.

 
If the person ( that depends on the situation ) , does something like that I would give him a warning for failRP and send evidence of his missbehavior to his hierarchy, so you can punish him for failrp IF he does something against RP.

 
Well you dont need to go into the SOD job but suit yourself but prop  spamming is perma ban , but you couldnt really know as the punishment list isnt public yet, but you could´ve looked at the NRP punishment list as they dont have a huge diffrence.

 

Short version : Tier I = accidental or when a new player had no ruleknowledge  and Tier II = its not an accident and the player knew he is breaking the rules or if he is a veteran player 


The rest seems fine, so to come to an end I mean you still have some smaller mistakes but you applied for the second time, that shows dedecation, so even though you made some mistakes I would defenetly give you a chance to prove yourself as staff. You did what I wrote under the last application, to write on the discord so people get to know you so now I am giving you a  +1

Good bit of plagiarism from Mojave's application. Quite a few sentences are identical/very similar to his answer; I have marked them with red. This is an immediate red flag, as you don't have an IC job either. Based on this, I think your understanding of the half-life universe is probably lacking.
 
They should still be punished by you. Having an RP rank does not make you exempt from the rules. 
 
Way too lenient. If someone is purposfully propspamming it should be an immediate permaban.
 
You should be able to warn someone for FailRP without asking higher staff members first.
 
Answers aren't great. I didn't check for plagiarism on the other questions, as they weren't detailed enough for me to bother. You also posted another application on SWRP just one week ago, which was denied. Judging by the comments on that application, you have a reputation of being a toxic.

Ok let me say something, If I see some guy Mass RDMing I'm not gonna tp to him and start telling him about city 24. In addition you don't have to know squat to explain what a faction does, you can literally read it off your screen. The knowing all the lore side is for EP's and people that just want to know the lore more. I know enough to play the game and I can say that me not knowing what a fictional city is on a Garrys mod server won't affect how I staff the server. If we are going to start talking about effective ways of staffing, abusing your powers is probably not an effective way @Sooth. If your looking for a staff member to teach other people what to do and actually do their job then you have come to the right place. However if you are looking for a staff to hold some retards hand as they prance around the server then just deny me. Cause City 24 is a joke and everyone just copies each other for that answer because its a useless question.

Stop replying to your apps unless it's nessacary, you are just arguing with everyone that gives you a bad rating

Well there are a few mistakes here, Zombies / headcraps wont be a joinable faction, more like sth for events. Also you dont need to have VIP or PLAT VIP for civil protection, only for OTA for my knowledge. 
 
Good answer on that one to spectate how he is behaving, but the rule he is breaking is still fail RP so yeah, you could´ve said this but if you are not staff on duty ( the staff whitelisted job ) I would recommend you not to watch him for that long as you tped to him out of an inc. situation .

Sounds good but you should keep in mind that this server is probably more serious than the city RP server. You have a good knowledge of the ULX commands and your normal staff duties.

To come to an end, I have no clue what the others meant with CE from SWRP but you application seems decent with a few minor mistakes, the fact that you arent in a faction is no - argument at all because maybe you just want to play as a citizen but you are right that no one is really knowing you, so start to interact on the forums aswell as on the discord to people so we start to know you because its hard to get an opinion of you just by your staff application. 
And thats why I am going with neutral. You can re-apply ( or get accepted now ) later but the community should get to know you a bit better before trusting you with that responsibility

- you have some previous staff experience
- you have some lore knowledge but in the question regarding C24 it seems like you put some filler sentences in to reach the word minimum
- I am not sure but I think the microphone question is there because it is preferred having staff with mics, so if you are only typing that could lead to problems, but I am not sure
- you have not applied for any role on the server yet, which doesn't really show great dedication and actual interest in the server
- your answers on the scenarios are at the first ones good and detailed but some of them tend to be very short
- other people are replying, saying that you tend to be mostly a minge on SWRP which I cant confirm myself but I also cant say anything against it even though we were in CE together for some time
- both the server rules and the punishment list are not finished/public yet, so you ever lied on this one or read something different which both would not be good
Overall I would say Neutral, also other people applying might be fitting a lot better for staff right now.

Alright, this might come across as rude but I am kind of doubting that good work ethic. Considering you live in England, I think this application has a little too many sloppy language mistakes that could've been fixed by reading through the application once more before posting it.

As I said on Wook's application, this one has the same point. Grammar is a major issue throughout it, and normally on other W-G servers, this wouldn't be too much of an issue, however, considering HL2RP is seriousRP and that involves quite alot of writing and story telling- immediately that's a pretty big downside so far. Otherwise, I'm going to be honest with you, the application is extremely hard to read, so I'd recommend some color variation, or atleast just don't put everything in black.
Anyway, for the application itself;
RDM would more likely than not result in a ban, not a warn. Correct otherwise.
Mostly correct, but if the player is new, then you should also explain what the faction does to them and give insight on it's workings, to ensure that they do actually want to join it once they fully understand it.
I've said it plenty of times before by now, but on HL2RP, verbal warnings shouldn't be a thing. I understand that you come from deathrun and that's a much more relaxed gamemode, however, on HL2RP you have to remember that it's seriousRP, and rule breaks have a zero tolerance policy. For this, you should immediately punish him. Alongside that, NH2RP doesn't warrant a kick, it'd either be a lengthy ban or a permaban, and if they wish they want to actually RP, they can appeal it on the forums.
You should also actually punish him for misuse of his rank, depending on the severity of what he did. Either a warn, ban, or temporary dewhitelist until the factions hierarchy can step in.
Prop spam, more commonly than not, results in a permaban, considering the potential it has to crash the server. If it was accidental, a lesser ban  can be given, or even a warn, depending on your judgment. But most of the time you should permaban.
Kind of correct. Again, as I've said on other applications, you should actually take the players words into consideration, as they may hold merit. The correct answer would be; tell the player to continue with the RP situation and gather as much evidence as he can for his case, then once the situation has concluded, he can contact staff to review it for a possible retcon/void of the whole thing.
 
There's a few more issues but I think I've outlined the main ones. You do have potential, and I understand you may view the server as more relaxed due to your experience on deathrun, however, in the applications current state I cant bring myself to give a +1. If you get permission to edit it or want to reapply in the future and fix what I mentioned, then really, I believe you could do great. But for now; -1

The thing is, if he is constantly abusing his powers he will just get demoted from the staff team, but the application looks good and he put a lot of effort into it, if he gets accepted they will watch out that he is not abusing, if he is, he is gone from staff.
And with this I would like to end this conversation, since this is a staff application and not a place for a discussion.

Let me just quickly say something.
Only because he was „bad“ in his staff duties that does not mean that he is going to be the same here.
He applied for staff, that means that he is going to volunteer to put a lot of effort in his position, the evidence is the staff application, he took his time to write it and he did it very well.
And just by the way, you do know that this is a staff application and not a event planner application, so saying that he was a bad event planner is literally the worst reason to -1 this.

I change the opinion because I now know all sides of the story, but the biggest thing was just a misunderstanding because he doesent know about copy rights. But unsuspectingness is not protection for punishment so I will make it a neutral as the application is still well written

Or just go play any minecraft server with your friends from WG. Same result, less effort.

I know him from DU when he was our temp VC and COM and showed an outstanding leadership and maturity in that time. Also he has enough experience and the necessary leadersjip to be Battalion. There are many more reasons but they are all stated above

I would like it if 212th would get the DLT-18 as a main weapon instead of the DC15-A.

Any additional information:
As 212th we are stuck with the basic weapon. Not saying it's very bad, but it adds nothing special to the regiment. Off course we have explosives. But until you reach SO you don't have anything special. The thermal detonator is nice, but with only 3 ammo you can't do much.  So until SO we are basically worse 501st and if no explosives are allowed, we are CT. And even they get a better weapon when they get a higher rank.
I asked for the DLT-18 because it's not a huge upgrade, since we do have explosives. The fire rate is a bit higher and it more ammo. But that is about it. But it looks way better when you advertise to CT about 212th.

It would also give a good reason to not give 212th extra RPG ammo in events, because we have a decent base weapon then. So RPG spamming should be reduced as well.

I know Feymous from SWRP. Clearly he is dedicated to WG entirely and has made a positive presence over multiple servers. He is a very dedicated player and will be a great addition to the HL-RP staff steam.
