Yes, back when AR was a thing. "Sarah" decided to give Niko Hernandez feet pics, I used this as a perfect chance to get evidence. So I got feet pics from them. The AR manager was a huge simp, jonathan mount(something). "Sarah is a real girl!"

We all know by now that if 1 of the 2 aforementioned SCPs get contained, both get contained? Well if you didn't, now you do. So, why is this a problem?
A) Unrealism
B) 939 is a very weak SCP and is only slightly better by having 2 slots
C) If one of the SCPs is in a bad situation when the other is in a great one, it is unfair that both die when only 1 should
This bug has been around for a very long time and I have no idea why it hasn't been fixed yet. We all know how underpowered 939 is and it would be much more popular if this was fixed

We advise the O5s on what is and what isn’t acceptable, for example a local public outbreak of 008:If there were to be an anomalous outbreak on the surface depending on the scale and severity we would advise the O5 council on how to deal with the threat we would take into account the risk of it getting to the public or If the public has a high risk of her finding out about the incident he would take the local population into consideration and the local train every single detail would be important in such an event and how we can deal with it eventually after a quick but important command of time depending on the situation we would come to a decision and inform the O5 Council about our decision.

We are the people who balance the moral costs again an example is basically, if to achieve the common good a necessary evil is required then with no other options we will agree with it. To give an example if there was maybe one person that was an infected of an unknown anomalous virus with the potential of wiping out humanity but there was a small chance that if we research the virus  We would be able to cure him depending of course on how fast we have to make a decision First we would see how big of a risk the person is and if the risk is too high then he would have to be killed For the good of humanity and the world as a whole, Or maybe someone is interrogating a spy or an infiltrator or someone who is having second Thoughts about what he’s been doing in the foundation if he used unnecessary violence he would stop it because it’s not NECESSARY

1. The Foundation is not evil: We are not monsters,terrorists or torturers we are against non needed cruelty.Cruelty that isn’t necessary will be punished like I said we are not monsters we are not the chaos insurgency we want peace and we want the human race to be safe do for a kids to sleep on the two ears and not have to worry about the monsters underneath the bed or in their Class it will protect those who can’t protect themselves we are good.We are peaceful but we will do everything it takes to protect the larger part of the population or we die trying
 
2. The Foundation doesn’t rule the world: we serve it, we protect it and make sure the stories parents tell their kids before going to bed stay just that, stories. I value morality but I understand when there is no other choice. My knowledge of the SCPs certainly will help me with my decision making and is an asset I can use for important decisions that need to be made ASAP for example during a breach for a termination order with my understanding of SCPs I can see if it is truly needed and if there is a risk of the SCP leaving the site, I also know how to remain calm during angering situations and that is certainly important to not let emotions cloud my judgmen during a moment of needt.

The SCP foundation is a secret organisation devoted to protect humanity from the anomalous and make sure that the general public does not find out about some monsters that exist in our world and beyond it is important because without the SCP foundation countless of anomalous entities with roam free or all be terminated or used as a weapon by other evil groups that seek to destroy the SCP foundation and take advantage of the monsters to further their own gain and power the  SCP parts of their name stand for secure contain protect unlike other groups we don’t use them the only anomalies we use are either for the better good of humanity what’s your research or destroy what we can to destroy now with our current knowledge

Firstly but quickly gather evidence of his actions and then take the O5 into custody and put him into an isolated room.

I would at first confront the site director about it try to understand his motivations and after that I would talk to the researcher to see why he deems it necessary to abuse the powers of an SCP After I have gone with her motivations and reasons I would file a report and send it to the committee if I deem it Completely unethical like it probably is it will have to be a very very very good reason to abuse the powers so I would probably demote both of them and replace them with more competent men of the rank
7. You witness 2 Researchers wasting D-Class by throwing them into  SCP-106 for "Feeding", what do you do?
Detain them they weren’t supposed to be there in the first place without good reason or approval and then questioned them as protocol and then the moat him know to researchers are supposed to be at SCP 106   Especially not For feeding
8. While on duty a breach occurs and you have the time and option of opening 1 of 2 gates to save someone from an incoming SCP, on 1 side is a fellow ECM and O1 unit and on the other 5 junior researchers, what gate do you open and why?
I would save the researchers considering   I would save more people even though the ethics committee is a higher rank he knows the risks of the foundation if I had the chance I would say both but due to the amount of research is and information they could’ve acquired even though they are only junior researchers I would most likely save them but it depends from situation to situation for me even though I Value the ethics committee and the Omega one more

Personally seeing as people don't give a fuck about lore I'd say just have CI and MC&D and ??? on the server and increase their slots. Boom that's all that is really needed. Maybe throw in one more gay GOI so some kids have new SWEPs to jerk off to every few months.

Countless pings in the Nu-7 Discord telling Nu-7 not to order around non Nu-7 Units and to stop acting like they run the site. Then an Nu-7 NCO arrests the Site Director for checking out defenses/builds around Subway and MT.
Would like to point out I was trying to explain this to you but you kept saying "funny man can't go to surface" instead of actually listening or explaining anything, this took about 5 minutes before CI attacked.
Given the numerous pings telling Nu-7 to stop doing shit like this, a few of which were from today I have made the decision to just start removing Nu-7 WLs from people who ignore clear instructions. Abolutely sick of Nu-7 acting like they are in charge because they have a rank in Nu-7, this is how Beta-1/Alpha-1 used to act but much much worse.

Xunt is very corrupt, He was on earlier today with his buddy RDMing a lot of people for not showing their ID, Then he goes and demotes an Nu 7 for merely doing his Job as the SD was endangering his life and about to expose the foundation. This is not the first time Xunt has done something like this either, he is a constant minge and has always went over the edge and pushed boundaries. Earlier today the HOS ordered the arrest of an A1, a fellow CL4 member, we stopped and asked him why but him and his mate shot us which resulted in the deaths of several foundation staff. Overall with this of removing an Nu 7s whitelist for merely following the law and doing his duty is completely unacceptable from the Server Manager and this should not be tolerated at all.

So basically I was Nu7 NCO at the time and was before GA with few units and the CO cause we were getting raided constantly and there were some suspects in Subway. Suddenly the SD(Xunt) and one security guard as SDs personal guard came there.
We told him he cant go outside right now and asked him to go back and without giving us a reason why he wants to go on surface, he opened GA and entered with the guard. We told him security guards cant go to surface to which he replied he gave him permission as SD to be his guard, which is ok but still doesnt exlcude him from going to surface.
We told them multiple times to turn around cause we have suspects at blue door but he ignored us totally, saying he is the SD and we have no power to tell him what to do. After totally ignoring us he opened the blue door and we were exposed to the people outside. One of them was a reporter which took photos of the Nu7 units, the SD and the guard(who has SCP logo on him). The guard was also talking about that we are the " SCP foundation". We tried to contain the situation and close the door but the SD still tried to go on surface. While this was going on, the suspects outside managed to pull guns out and throw gas nades inside. This resulted in death of few Nu7 units. 
After pulling back with 1% hp I arrested the SD for breaking the foundation laws and tried to get him to EZ cells and explain my arrest there. Xunt didnt like this and told me that if I dont release him he is gonna remove my WL and I said "sure go on then, I have a reason for arrest". After arriving to GG he removed my WL and moved me to D class. 
After asking why, he said Nu7 cant order non Nu7 around and that SD is basically higher than Nu7. Which is true and I cant order people around. But iam able to enforce Foundation laws which he as SD broke. He always could call some A1 or O1 units to arrest me if he thought it was a false arrest since I didnt strip his comms and we could have dealt with the situation in RP. 
I think removing WL and demoting was way too unnecessary.

Have you read and understand the rules of SCP-RP?: Yes, 3 weeks of playtime have brought be great understanding of the rules of SCP RP.
Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): I believe i should be part of the council because i have experience and over all interactions with just Site Administration and a current place on the Ethics Committee. In my time as a member of the Committee i have learnt the inner workings of FA. I believe i have the correct skills like organizing units (Nu-7 NCO, Ex Omega-1 Commander) I know the working of the O5 Council (BeforeUnWL MTF Alpha-1) From this i have gained skills such as close quarter evasion, The skill to not only protect myself but look out for others, Making on the spot decisions (ECM) Working of almost every foundation job on the server.  Not only this but i believe i have the proper experience and overall determination to be apart of the council, it has always and will remain that 1 Whitelist i want to have, and hopefully get.
The Ethics Committee not only maintains ethicality but also manages human recourses and infact Foundation Recourses. This is very helpful for the job on the Council mainly due to their main goals on the server, and i Lore. This also brings skills like Micromanaging MTF's (old WL Omega-1) and working closely with jobs like ISD, im good at keeping things on the lowdown. As an Ex Omega-1 Commander and Ex WL Alpha-1 Agent i have picked up the working of all jobs across foundation administration, this makes me good at interacting with jobs like the HoEA or even SA's.
Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Administration?:  The Council not only manages the foundation and its members, it also keeps it on track, this can be sometimes through any means necessary, hence why the foundation almost never fails in what they do. The reason its so different from other FA, is mostly due to their status at the foundation: A, They are the bosses, they control and Oversee all operations. B, Being a high prestigious group within the foundation, they are respected by all, and in return are given MTF's like Alpha-1, its like the Councils determination rubs of on other people. As said before, they oversee Everything, along with the help of other FA's they make the final decision in everything, hence why each member has their own department, Each department if run like this for example MTF Epsilon- 11, Being a containment team are not only overseen by the Council, but with MTF Alpha-1 being the second managers you could say. 
Being Clearance Level 5, again not much is known about them, that again is another difference...Nobody knows who they are. The "logo" for the Council shows this greatly.

The Council are also not allowed to come into contact with certain GOI's unlike HoEA where they are tasked to do that for the Council.

The Council is deprived of 13 members, All form different backgrounds, different people and not correlated together, They lead the foundation in their strides for what the fight for, Secure Contain Protect. All they fight for is the foundation, Their identity's and even looks are shrouded in mystery, Nobody apart from the few, Sometimes called "Lucky Ones" Know them or even what they sound like. Some of them obtain various anomalous ability's.

Past Experience in leadership/high ranking positions:
O5-9 "The Secret Keeper", HoEA, Commander of E-11 and Nu-7, Nu-7 CO, part of two different Ethics Committees, A-1 Agent. Those are all the WLed ones at least. I have also played SD.
Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?:
I feel like I would be a good SD due to my past experiences as  combative leaders and non-combative leaders. This has given me plenty of experience that I can use on my other leading positions, which then count on my current experience pile. Also due to my experiences as O5 and HoEA that are site administration positions have given me plenty of experiences generally for site administration.
What role does the Site Director have on the site?:
Site Director or as many call him/her SD. Has multiple jobs while on site. 1st The SD is the manager of a site, his job is to manage and supervise that the site is doing well and that everything is going according to Foundation rules and regulations. 2nd To call out major problems and organize people according to what is happening on the site, this includes knowing what is happening on the site and deploy some people to handle it accordingly like telling E-11 and B-7 that there is a breach or telling security of intruders etc. etc. 3rd To be the face of the site, this really doesn't have anything to do with the SDs job as external affairs are handled by external affairs agents and heads and actually the representatives of the Foundation are O5 council members but as far as internally go many people see SDs as the face of the site they manage they manage it and hopefully would look up to them.
What is the O5 Council?:
The O5 Council is the council that oversee and handle the most biggest things within the Foundation like: what to do during an XK-scenario or granting permissions for termination tests of SCPs, negotiating with government heads etc.. They are also the Most powerful people to most of the people working at the Foundation as most don't know about the administrator if he even exists that is. Lowest clearances don't even know of the Council as they are extremely small and secretive. The Council Vote on the most important things with 12 members O5-1 chooses an O5-13 as a tie braker for tie votes (O5-13 has no official power outside meetings but can have a massive impact on the Foundation due to their vote). There is so much that can be said about the council so these are the most important things they do I beleave.
