You made a sit and I took it.

1. You claimed during five (5) minutes that a FailRP situation happened because you were arrested by the Military Police for speeding and that it was FailRP because it is OrPo's jurisdiction. During all that time, I listened to you and explained to you that this was not a FailRP situation. I also told you that if it wasn't allowed for FG to do that (which it is for any reich official), it would be an IC matter and not an OOC matter in any case. Being very pushy with your recording, I initially refused to see it because it was obviously not an OOC matter, but ended up letting you show it to me, which proved that it was not an OOC matter.
2. You then changed your story, and claimed you were randomly arrested because you were not speeding. I listened to you an accepted your evidence (https://streamable.com/p7ciuh). In this video, we can see you going 55 in the slums and 60 in the countryside. According to the penal code (Penal code - Section "The Driver") that I made sure to check before continuing the sit, you were going 10 kmh over the limit in the city and 5 kmh in the countryside, which is speeding.

After being proven that you were speeding, you started complaining about the Wehrmacht getting away with speeding and not you. I explained to you that it was also an IC situation, and that this was just like real life: a speeding cop seeing you speed will ticket you, sure it's unfair, but that's how it happens sometimes.

00:14 France time being 23:14 GB time, already 15 minutes of my time had been sunk into this sit, including 5 minutes of you wasting my time (1.) reporting something that was fully IC, and 10 minutes with you actually speeding, proven by your own recording.
3. After this being dismissed, I started investigating the case of you allegedly jumping out of the car while in shackles as somebody complained about it. At this point you claimed that you having made the sit, your alleged rule break shouldn't be investigated. I explained to you that somebody complained about it and that it had to be reviewed.

You then claimed that you shouldn't get investigated for it as you were here to roleplay and "uphold the rules". This very specific claim started making me heated. It is obnoxious of you to claim that you "uphold the rules" while having 23 warns with the ones you appealed having been maintained. You then started building a conspiracy theory about the majority of the staff team targeting you and the SMT being incompetent at reviewing the appeals. At this point, I clearly told you you were in denial regarding your warns and that you should wake up. You were telling me that an admin warned you because you request senior staff and didn't go to forums. I then told you that I was the said admin. I warned you about wasting staff's time because you refused to go to forums, you made an appeal that got denied. An appeal getting denied should have you understand that the decision is right, but with your conspiracy theory in mind, you just couldn't.
Seeing the amount of times you've been told about it, something you should know is that you are not entitled to getting senior staff if you request them in game. If the staff member dealing with the sit decides that you should go to forums, this is what you shoud do.

I then asked you to send me evidence of you not jumping out of the car on purpose, which you failed to. You sent the video of you getting arrested, but nothing else. I asked you about having any evidence about not jumping out on purpose, to which you replied that you didn't have any.

Somehow, making this post, you manage to have evidence. Note that the conversation was done at 23:32 GB time, and according to the Streamable meta data contained in the web page's source code, you uploaded the recording at 23:40 GB time, long after the sit was over, showing that you withheld evidence from staff, leading to you getting warn. The evidence you had and refused to provide immediately also means that you wasted my time for another ten (10) minutes, which brings the total of wasted time to 25 minutes.


Seeing that you got banned, you started complaining about the reason of the ban and its length.

One question remains unanswered, one of yours on discord: "What about the 90% of other people who get out of cars". Well, 90% of other people who get out of cars are doing it on purpose and are mingy, which is why you got warned, having not provided evidence.

4. At this point, you continued complaining in my DMs while the sit was over, more than 30 minutes after it initially started. I decided to get to the no filter honest version of myself and I told you what I was thinking of you, which I will do again here: your 30th warn will be a Holy Grail to me. You keep breaking rules and are in denial about your 23 warns, appeals having been all denied. I mentally cannot continue dealing with your annoying behaviour and continue wasting my time both in game and on forums dealing with your unfounded sits, your rule breaks and your appeals. Your 30th warn will have you permanently banned and that will put an end to my suffering.

5. You ended up providing evidence about the jumping-out-of-the-car situation.  Your screen is very shacky, not due to lag but due to you using "stp" third person instead of the proper simfphys third person (crouch bind while in a vehicle). However, the animation of your character getting out it straight up a standing pose, and not a falling then stand pose. This would mean that you indeed got kicked out of the car by lag.
As the evidence is valid, I would thus agree to the warn and ban being removed. However, a warning and ban should be issued for you wasting my time (making it a Tier II and ban of 2 days, as you have more than 5 days of play time). Justifying this is the fact that you wasted my time during 15 minutes arguing about matters proven to be exclusively IC and changing your story, and the fact that you withheld evidence during the 10 minutes leading to you getting warned, bringing the total of wasted time to 25 minutes (1. 2. and 3.). This doesn't include section 4., the additional arguing after the warn and writing of this post, which wouldn't be written if you had provided evidence of you lagging out of the car while in the sit. If you want to add these elements to the wasted time, it makes it 2 hours and 15 minutes.
2 hours and 15 minutes for something that could have been dealt with in about 10 minutes. Maybe you don't have a concept of time being worth something, but I do, and I'm utterly pissed when I see that amount being wasted.

TL;DR
15 minutes were wasting on IC only matters, and 10 more were wasted because evidence was withheld. If evidence was provided as it should have, this post wouldn't exist. Writing of this post makes the total amount of wasted time soar up to 2 hours and 15 minutes.
The jumping out of the car in shackles warn and ban could get removed as valid evidence was provided, but a Tier II wasting staff's time and 2 days of ban (more than 5 days of playtime) must be issued.
Your 30th warn will be a Holy Grail to me. You keep breaking rules and wasting staff's time. I mentally suffer from all of your unnecessary complexification of things.
For the love of God, if you have evidence about you being innocent, provide it, and cope when you get done IC. Also quit your conspiracy theories and accept the fact that you break rules. It'll be easier for everybody.

You have a shield that protects you from most your damage already, if you can't sustain your HP with equipment that literally blocks the damage. It's not the problem of HP, it's the problem of the individual.

-I do worry that you could maybe disappear when HLRP releases, as it would be very difficult to balance staff on a Server which will be new and require moderation, as well as EP which does require a large amount of prep work and motivation. (That is if HLRP releases this Century)

The Tusken Raider sniper is really fucking OP, imagine 5 people with a 500 dmg sniper. They would annihilate everyone.
If you want more tusken raiders, you'd have to give them a debuffed rifle.

barely know you but the fact you spent 10+ minutes complaining in OOC about god knows what with a RC instead of actually taking time to gather evidence to show hierarchy just proves what has been said

That is a fair point. He has actually took the time to work on what he did and think about his actions I believe he has understood what he has done wrong and is going to improve on them greatly

Reading the reason for your ban is bad enough, as it was explained by Hazard in your first unban application. However the fact that you are writting this after a month since your first unban being rejected does tell me, that you are acually commited to getting back.
I checked you on discord and you do have a decent amount of CC loggings and you aren't blacklisted from 212th (somehow), so the quality is there.
That still doesn't excuse the fact that you joined a discord server or created it, with the intetions of reaching high ranks and abusing them with other people.
That is why I am giving you a neutral and not a flat -1.

if people disagree with this decision once or 5 times i dont think it will get ever accepted, it is useless suggestion since what you are suggesting is what battalion already does and it doesnt even matter who is higher rank in battalion cause any battalion can grant if no one responds after 2-3 times then just ask Regimental hierarchy's for perm not that hard is it also if you make this same suggestion like probably 3 or more times you will probably get forum ban or something like that, idk if they will just a speculation

Also seen this system on one of the servers i played some time ago and its stupid because if OD leaves and no one takes OD that means no one grants or denies anything so you are just left there waiting for like 10 minutes for someone to take OD so current system works even better than OD

Yes you were, also the "impacted the community in a positive way", yeah no. There is nothing positive about you getting a bunch of CTs to loiter infront of HQ and probably being annoying.

Personally I don't think you would be bad in battalion but there are red flags for me. Firstly, your demotion in CG and your strike. I don't know how long ago this was, nor does it matter really. If you were unable to do a tryout and it forced your hierarchy to demote you for it, that doesn't make me feel very happy, seeming as this could rub off in battalion and cause you to make key mistakes or cause major issues.
Another issue I have is your mindset with battles and leading. You said, and I quote " I have gained the ability to lead mainly defensively" Which is good, but what about the offence? If you can only lead half the regiments correctly, it could cause problems for the frontlines and make the while attack pretty much shit. A suggest is look at what battalion do with the frontlines. What goes well and what doesn't. Another thing you could do is join trainings with frontline regiments to understand how they function so you can use them correctly.
Overall however, your application is good, you have reached high ranks before e.g. Major and above. So personally good luck, but work on the flaws.

I think there are a lot of better things that the room can be used for, as Shepherd said litteraly noone even bothers to go there, so leaving it empty until SMT figurs out on what to do with it, is going to be better than transforming it into a hall of fame.

Would be nice to have them, as they were used quite often by 212th and RC and they weren't that op as you need to set up a decent amnout of them to do big damage.

Overall it is an interesting thought. As Silent said the main reason why we do the faces | formations | questions tryouts is to prevent minges from joining regiments with some powerful equipment that can be easily abused, but I do agree that the tryout system is quite dull. I agree on the idea that each regiment should have a special type of tryout depending on what their role is. Like 41st would have a recon part of a tryout, 501st would have a breaching part in their tryout etc. This would however make tryouts with more than 1 people pretty long. A good idea never the less.

Your suggestion is pending as a server-wide weapon/health rebalance is on the talk. RC is not excluded and whoever personally insulted you I'd like you to DM me the names and the insults to be taken care of.
Expect this to take some time, we will need a lot of testing and a lot of events before we come into a conclusion.

What your suggestion is:
A topic that I instigated over the weekend (to much controversy) was that perhaps RC was in need of a change due to their apparent overwhelming strength at times, obviously this was furiously refuted by members of RC (Which I dont blame them for, id want to preserve any advantage I had aswell)

In response I sent out a google form just to validate my claims so that it wasn't just me who felt changes were needed for them. Decided to put it here as dropping it in discord just seems to allow people the chance to shit talk rather than actually address the issue.

EDIT: Realised i didnt actually make a suggestion, id personally like to see happen what the final response suggested, in that moving RC back towards what they once were 1+ years ago.

(Yes before people start going off about it I know ill get shit for this, ive already had certain people throwing personal insults at me for threatening their precious in game power, im really not fucking arsed at this point, we are literally pretending to be clones in a star wars roleplay server, none of this should piss you off enough to get personal. And if certain people want to keep telling me im wrong then look at the numbers, its amazing how many people can be honest when they dont think it will affect their IG/OOC rank or promotions.)
