With the current roster of GOI's, I really don't see this working. 
I would be for Passive RP Groups, if you can gather a dedicated group of people to keep the group objectives rolling. 
You claim that "Information" would be the Group's primary goal. In order to achieve the Group's Objectives:
You'd have to resort to two primary methods.
Good o'l Espionage (Be in the right place, at the right time. Bonus points if you have the camera rolling) Comms Farming (This group would rely on cuffs and kidnapping, which is a pretty hostile action. Thanks to the recent comms update.) Then what it comes down to is that Information is time-sensitive. As well accounting for various factors. So you'd be in a constant race against time to get the information and then sell it to the right buyer. 
A small example would be: There is no point selling info on the location of an anomaly, if it has already been swiped. But you could sell info on who took said anomaly thus making them a raiding target.  
Impressions/Impact to these groups
GOC - To them you would be considered a high threat to their Second Mission of Concealment. So you'd probably would spending the your days receiving the famous CI treatment. (I can already see Houston penning. "fuck this group up" or "work with us or die") 
MCND - Highly favourable to them, you'd probably be contracted by them even. Although you'd want to sign an agreement with them to not share info on MCND if you don't want to fuck up your relations. (Which seems to go against the group's core ideals) 
CI -  Neutral, until you sell info about them to the Foundation. Then refer to GOC. 
Foundation - You'd have the most limited impact on Foundation, if you choose not to raid them. You possibly could get info, if Nu-7 make a dedicated FOB on the surface or if one of the MTF teams carry out surface operations however your window of opportunity would be quite small. (Also, Good luck kidnapping an MTF Unit amongst a team of them) Unfortunately, they also happen to the most desirable target to gather information about.    
Final notes:
This group will most likely end up as a pawn for one of the groups. Otherwise I wouldn't want to be the guy that deals with your relations. If you try to make yourself amicable towards the Foundation/GOC. The surface would want you dead and vice versa. I could create a scheme as a Field Agent, I would constantly buy information on CI Uniforms. Thus a workaround for uniforms can only be remembered for a certain period of time. (Meaning SMT will definitely have something to say about this) GOC/Foundation have dedicated roles for Info Gathering. Soo your chances as them being customers are lowered more.  The fundamentals of this group can be ruined by one common problem that plagues all groups. Information Leaks. It will happen a lot. You're gonna have to invest a lot in forging relationships, in order to find buyers. Which furthers the first point, as no-one want give ya a handout.  Of course, all of these hypotheses are dependent if the group is active and is achieving what they have set out to do.

This is exactly why SMT should put up basic rules for new people on the walls instead of harland putting 50 gigant fuckoff adds in every corner.

Unfortunately the general playerbase is too immature to play this group properly as evidenced by the replies in this thread. Also concerning that you've suggested a suicide vest for what is essentially a Iranian Govt organisation (Read: Not ISIS) which leads me to believe you do not understand what this group is actually like lore wise. Due to the fact that all anyone is going to do is play ISIS music and spam Arabic text screens (Because they're retarded and think Iran speaks Arabic) this suggestion is denied.
 

For those who don’t know (as it was quite a bit ago), the point shop was apart of making a group, wherein you’d have a set amount of points, and you’d have to chose what you want for the group, and each thing would cost a certain amount of points.
For this example, lets say the max was like 100 or something.  Lets say you want an AR-15, an Tazer, and all cuffs on your job which costs 75 points total.  Lets also say you wanted to have a healing swep, but it costs 50 points.  This would make you have to compensate.
Whilst my example is shitty, in practice it was much better.  It actually limited groups to have to chose what they deemed was more important to them, and such, would self balance without any real conscious effort (only like 2 groups were ever the exception to this).
Since the old forums were wiped, its likely SMT would need to create their own point system from scratch, but wouldnt be too hard.
Feel free to ask for more elaboration.

let's be honest a lot of people play as D-class but playing as D-class is so boring because it's very hard to get guns as D-class and escaping from foundation is impossible. someone in the comment section is probably going to say "well as a D-class you get tested" well here 2 things about getting tested
1)Getting tested is not fun
2)there are barely any scp on for any D-class to get tested
So here is my plan how about you guys add paid (no level requirement only paid)D-class gun dealer role anyone who is using this role can buy guns,ammo,keycard,cuff and etc from f4 menu so any D-class can get guns and ammo for rioting and escaping easily.I am pretty sure someone in the comment section is going to say "well that will make D-class more minge and D-block a warzone" here are few thing
1)Foundation members are more minge i literally saw 5 or 6 foundation members breaking nlr i also a security guard scamming 500k from a D-class
2)I personally thing if D-class start rioting it will be fun
3)as long D-class aren't breaking any rules they are good to go if they do break a rule then just call an admin (i saw foundation members breaking more rule then d-class)
4)Don't you guys want have some fun there are barely any scp if D-class start rioting it will be very fun
5)it will create so many good rp situation
so please add D-class gun dealer role make it a paid role but no rank requirement.Just go for a test drive just add it in the game and see how other players approach to the role if people start abusing this job or if this job create a lot of issue then just remove the job

What the fuck is that supposed to mean? This is within the boundaries of the same community. Not only do I believe that considerable time has passed since he got banned but this is probably him just asking for a second chance which in my opinion everyone deserves at least a second chance. Most people who come for an unban just write long paragraphs about how they have changed and regret what they have done. This guy at least has some sort of proof to show that he has changed. What the fuck do you want him to do? Write a ten page essay about how sorry he is? I am sorry but shut the fuck up.

I personally feel like this has been a long time coming and should have been brought up earlier. I personally believe ERP should be banned and that should have never changed. After hearing about a certain "Henry" character for me it was the final straw. Xunt himself brought up a good point regarding this as well. "a server primarily played by children". Does ERP really have a place on a server like this? As far as I am concerned it contributes nothing to actual roleplay, leads to awkward and uncomfortable situations and degenerative actions. Like flirtation is one thing but is there really a necessity to take it further than that?
