Okay, so here is my side of the story.

At first i was watching some CG stungun each other near the hangars. After talking to them i went to the brig to find a higher up. Found a CG helping a RRD in cuffs. So then the rest of the RRD show up and they take a AFK Force to the battalion offices for unknown reasons to me. I followed them to see what they were doing.  The RA was not present in the office and i did not see him giving you permission to be there, so u wondered why they were there. (This is nothing bad because it's literally my job, they are not Admiralty or battalion.)  They also knew i was there. (this is why they all say it's Zab in the clip.) They were just doing RP so i left. A little bit later i did come back as shown in the clip because a CG was in my channel and was wondering what was going on with force. i flew in about when the last guy said, there is someone no-clipping in here. i did not hear the other people say it. They guessed i was there because i let them know the first time i was there, but i don't know who and or if someone else was no-clipping in there before i came back.  But again i let me presence be known, and i left again. 
If you decide to do your RP, (that you have a perfectly good medbay for) in a RA's office then you can expect people to question what is going on.
So long story short, yes i was there for 2 short moments. Was i there to listen to your conversation, no. I was there the first time because i thought it was weird you took a AFK person into the RA's office and stuck around for a few or seconds because one of you was pointing a gun at him. And the second time i was there is because a CG member was asking about the location of his EXO.
I was never there to spy on a secret or admirals meeting or something, thats what the rule is for. Or else it would mean that anyone can go into that office and be save from staff because we can't go in there.

Oh two more things. If you think i broke any rule, why don't come to me to talk about it? i have played this server with many of you for a long time. I am always open for a friendly discussion on what can or can't happen. 

Also note that the guy making this report was not present for any of this. So he only knows what he has heard from others. So why not come and ask? i sent you a message with the shorter version of this story on discord last night. No response. Kind of a shame.

My IRL name is Matthew Palmer. I am 18 years old and from Denmark. I enjoy playing video games, interacting socially with people and getting fucked up drunk with friends. I dont do drugs. I am in my last year of college and taking a gap year afterwards, so i will have plenty of time for epic gaming on StarWarsRP.  I have plenty of hours in FPS, MOBA and RPG games, which is usually also the genre of video games i enjoy the most. I am very tall, and that is a cause of my danish genes. I am friendly to new people that i meet, and good at adapting to situations if conflict arises.

First of all i have a lot of gametime on the server. I am currently on 6 weeks and 1 day of IGT, and have obtained decently high ranks during this period. This mean I have a lot of experience on the server, and know how stuff should go down. I have some leading experiences from regimental high ranks, and event character roles. I am active on the game, usually playing multiple hours daily, and always being availible on discord whenever I am needed.  I have good knowledge to most of the people on the server, this means that i know how to deal with people in certain sticky situations that might occur, to achieve the best possible outcome.
I am also a former Senior Event Planner, which helps me a lot with the understanding of events. I have spent countless events, in a teamspeak call with leading battalion, which helps me understand what decisions you should take and why in certain scenarios. I also know that i should listen a lot to the event planner because of this. The best possible event is one where you do good leading, whilst also achieving the plan of the EP. I have met some battalion before, who would run their own show in events, and disregard the EP, this i do not intend on doing if i get accepted.
I also host trainings where i try to come up with new and creative ideas, that are very focussed around the regiment. This means that the regiment I would get to supervise, would meet challenging and relevant trainings, that are new to what they have met before, and increase enjoyment. 
I have a lot of knowledge and experience on how to do stuff such as, decisions you should take in a regiment, decisions you should take with people and so on. This means I can offer the regiment i supervise, some quality advice when it comes to them taking decisions, whilst still of course not in any way ordering or telling them what they should our shouldnt do.
I also know when i shouldnt involve myself, which means I would not get into conflict or "drama", that would shed a bad light on me, battalion or the regiment i supervise. This means that I know how to distance myself, as to not cause any unwanted trouble.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum)
The batallions most well known responsibility is to be a leader. You lead people through events, making sure that they get into good tactical combat. Knowing how to utilise the regiments, and achieving best possible outcomes in battle. You are a leader, and therefor everything that happens in an event is your responsibility, and therefor you should think carefully when ordering during events. 
Another important role of battalion is during defcon 5, to grant and deny. It is important that you are aware and not just mindlessly pressing the binds, as when you grant an action, the responsibility agains lies on you. So you need to be sure that what you grant is allowed and will not disturb the peace of defcon 5.
Overseeing the regiment you supervise, making sure they behave, get trainings and function well. You also sometimes need to be kind of a "therapy man", helping solve conflict that can sometimes occur between 2 different regimental mates. Making sure that a regiment is running well and smooth is very important. You also have the responsibility of writing reports on the regiment you supervise, informing High Command of the regiments current state.

I should prioritise the current regiment i supervise. This includes assist my regiment in anything they could need help with, i should not order the regiment. I listen to the orders the leading battalion gives, and stay around mid to frontline. this however depends on the equipment i have. For example if i had shotguns i would be frontline, but if i had normal blaster or scoped gun i would be around middle.

Yes I banned you, you were playing as both CT Honeybee and 212th Clown at early hours this morning. For starters, if you had joined 212th you should stay as 212th and not play on your CT Job, which you were rotating between then few.
I came online and checked the server logs to see if anyone had been doing anything like this, and I had found yourself and a 327th ET (also banned) had racked up a lot of combat logs. You had instigated combat multiple times almost killing the 327th ET in various points around the base, and I think a CT was also victim to a few of your shots. The 327th ET also retalliated by going on a little killing spree of his own while you were at it. 
 
As for your prop abuse, I saw in the damage reports there was quite often some damaged inflicted using your props that you had spawned so I could only assume there was some prop abuse going on as well.
I did quite a thorough check of the logs and I am quite sure of what I saw. When I spoke to your partner in crime he said "there were so few people online that the rules didn't really matter". So if you are not aware of them then you should read these:

I don't think I've ever repsonded to an EP app before but this one defo deserves a fat +1. For starters, Jared is too active on the server, he needs something else to do and he would be able to put a lot of time and effort into EP. He's certainly trustworthy, and he's been accepted before. If he doesn't get shafted on the interview then he should get it.

Stoef v2? We need more South Africans in here to be honest. I may be wrong but pretty sure I have never heard anything bad about this guy. He is super friendly and has really increased his playtime recently, evidence for activity. No reason why you shouldn't deserve a shot.

Personally I think you would be a great fit for battalion. Strong leader from the ARC evals and reaching VC is no easy feet so it shows you are at least understanding of what you must do in a high position. My only issue would be your understanding of frontline assaults. Coming from DU, you understand the defensive side, but I havent seen you work with other regiments. My suggestion is gain some knowledge from 501st, 212th or 327th by taking part in a training or two.

There is no way Zeref did not use Grammarly for this. In past appilcations he has been unfit in my opinion. But now he has certainly improved and deserves a shot.

Hazard is a very serious player and has proved personally he is very dedicated to the server. With so few spots open it will be a challenge. I think to further increase chances of you getting accepted you should mingle outside of 212th and be friendly with others on the server and make yourself more public. But your attitude and personality is definitley of staff-quality.
