Pros: You have a decent play time, been here long enough to know the ins and outs of how the server is managed  You have attainted a high IC rank - this shows that you already are in a position that holds a substantial degree of power You have previously been an Event Planner, so you are familiar with ULX/SAM Cons: Several grammatical and spelling errors which take away from the professionalism of this application Your answer to 'Why you deserve staff more than others' is generic and does not show me that you are above any of the other candidates - most applicants will be active members of the community, and anyone can say they are 'chill' and 'understanding' etc. You do not really stand out. You have a warning for RDM The Applicant:

Hello Tay. Just to start of I like you as a person however dont believe its your time to become staff. From the negatives below I believe you need to repair your image on the server before applying. Also If you did just resign from EP because lack of time maybe its best just to wait.

Personally I have no issues with who you are as a person Tay and I think you'd make an okay staff member. I however question your competency at times and I don't think thats what we need in the staff team currently.

I know some people have had a problem with Tay, but from my opinion he has been doing really well recently. He's one the clones that I like to hang out with and from what I have seen, he has been acting professional for when its needed and knows when it's time to have fun.
Instead of basing the opinion on just his past, people should be looking at him now.

But you recently resigned from EP due to you don't have the time, I would say wait before trying to get EP or Staff until you have more free time, also some of your actions in-game has not been the brightest but your maturity has improved since the last application.

Known him for a long time as 442nd supervisor and now my Battalion Mentor and he is a great guy, i have seen that he is getting negative for having been immature in the past but during the time i have known Tay he has been nothing but a great and funny guy while not damaging the image of battalion

Event Plan:
(CLONE EVENT)
Create an event plan, this is what we will use for your first training event. Make it easy to understand and original(Use the Template):
Republic Marshal commander 'Thrash' has come to the Battalion in a dreadful state he's claiming he had to flee from his last mission as CIS forces pushed his men back wiping them all out and claiming data he and his trusty captain 'Doa' are the sole survivors of the incident and will join you on the mission the claim the data back. Thrash calls Leading Batt on a holotable requesting aid he says to the leading batt (who should call all commanding officers to watch) 
"CIS Forces have claimed the planet and have set up multiple FOB (three to be exact) around the area that power a generator leading to their main base on the planet"
The republic will arrive on the planet and their presence will be noted by the CIS forces who will call for Fleet assistance The CIS Tactical droid will send a B1 to negotiate the Surrender of the Republic the negotiations will end in the B1 being killed and the republic moving out they will come across these bases that are heavily guarded once destroying the Clankers inside the Republic will discover hackable consoles which will hold part of the data they were sent here to retrieve and part of a code to drop which will be used later (to drop the ray shield once getting half the plans and the code they must find where the code leads to. after finding this the code is placed in and the republic forces will move in before Marshal Commander 'Thrash' reveals he was merely a Commando droid and this is the third battalion to fall for this trick locking the Ray Shield and beginning a last stand as the CIS fleet arrive in orbit destroying the ventator they arrived on the Republic forces call for help but that will take some time and they are told to hold down the facility and retrieve the rest of the Data (this data is a virus that will link into my next event)
 
(JEDI EVENT)
CIS forces have acquired the help of a jedi turned traitor they are to locate this traitor and detain him for his trial the traitor is leaving a path of death in his path the jedi follow this trail to find him after finding him in a cave the jedi find he is making a chemical weapon he attempts to show the Jedi the corruption in the Republic and convince them to join him after negotiation the EC can decided how it will go
 
IF THE EC ATTACKS:
He will strike the first blow claiming the jedi are corrupt along with the republic
 
IF THE EC Does not attack:
The CIS will reveal the true reason for allowing a jedi to join them Revealing a Jedi hunter droid a prototype the jedi will come to his scense and help the jedi destroy the droid before going to trial for his crimes

Republic's Execution: will talk the B1 kill him after refusing and move out to eliminate the FOB's retrieving the code will move to the Main base and get trapped inside where they will hold out in a last stand RC and CE will be tasked to retrieve the last amount of the data once done they will return to the front lines in where the leading Batt would call for assistance from any nearby fleets to assist them (this will take some time) 
(e.g. "- Fleet inform all troops that an unknown ship has entered orbit.")
 
Event Character Execution:depending on how the leading batt choses to act all the event characters will spawn evenly or all at one place there goal is to hold out and try keep these bases out of republic hands if all three consoles are hacked they fall back to the main base and hold out there attempting to buy enough time for the data to be transported to CIS command
