Great guy who is fair and friendly to everyone. Sure has been a while since he played religiously but would do a great job seeing how he has a lot of experience especially on this server. When he was my hierarchy he was great and took his role very seriously.

In-game racism is taken very seriously and in discord it is punishable as well but not really treated in terms of severity of punishment as it is in-game. Many people get away with racism on discord but it is usually dealt with properly.
As it goes for teamspeak the community would never come to terms with making it punishable even if it is extremely ignorant. I think that it should only really be punishable if the person being racist is using the remarks towards you in a derogatory manner. You are right though in terms that the community often pushes some people away because of how toxic/racist some teamspeak channels can be. Not all teamspeak channels are like this though and you can find a regiment that isn't full of 16 year old english kids who think being overly racist is funny.
In all I agree with your sentiment it's just that its virtually never going to happen where its punishable on Teamspeak and the best thing you can do is ignore it and find a regiment that isn't overly racist. But for racism in discord/in-game it is punishable so please report it in-game by calling a staff member using the @ sign before a message or by @'ing discord staff when you see it on discord.

+1 most loveliest person on the server who doesn't take shit from other people. If he messes up something he always makes up for it (which is rare!) Would definitely give the staff team a good name by having him as staff.

-1 my immersion is completely ruined by weapons such as the tl-50, a1280 and other guns alike!! Why not just change the way regiments work where  you have a jedi ordering them around in events! Also replace fleet with jedi generals shouting in comms too! Maybe also give out all equipment to every regiment to make it more lore friendly so you have regimental pilots, tank drivers, medics, snipers, scouts, explosive experts!

Honestly I have been surprised by how well he has behaved on IRP. Not a single arrest in JT as of yet. Genuinely Rob has made a 180 on how he plays on the servers and I consider him reformed from his old ways. Sure he likes to do a small amount of trolling here and there, but its nothing that would lead to arrests or to a warn from staff, lad is there to have some genuine fun thats all. 
Unbanning him and giving him the option to stay on the server until he gets warned again would probably be a good way to go. Seeing how Jack and many others have been unbanned for similar reasons I dont see it impossible!

Trusted and very competent. Been dragged around as hierarchy from Shock, Scouts and finally ended up as DT hierarchy. 
Has the experience from CWRP.
Fun lad who knows what he's doing. 
Would be surprised if he wasn't chosen for EP. 
Generic event idea however it still is a good one.

He doesn't have the most experience however I do think Chef could do a good job as a EP when he learns how to. 
Seemingly most if not all current EP's dont mind him as an EC and even giving him trusted roles in them. 
Sound guy in all honesty. Cant mention anything bad about him even if I really tried to!

I believe there are already plans to do this later on IRP as well.
