From a first glance, your event plan is very neatly laid out and easy to understand. However what I feel might contract from that is that your event plan is way too linear. For example, you list people roles and what they will do with an exact description. However most of the time, the events start to steer of from what your original plan was and people don't do exactly what they're told by the EP. Some people just don't like being told exactly what to do by the EP, because in some scenarios there's just a way better way of for example pushing a point. If I see a flank that you might have overlooked, I will take my chances and I will push that. And yes, you could tell battalion and they would then forward that to the individual regiments, but that usually gets fairly messy pretty fast. Other than that I think the Event Plan is extremely creative & nicely laid out. Good Luck!

Wouldn’t really make much sense including in-character rules in something meant for OOC.

I mean high command can already promote on cooldown, which they do. However they obviously don’t do it as much because as stated, we have cooldowns for a reason. Giving battalion the ability to promote off cooldown would be rather pointless as we would then be more or less looking at changing cooldowns as a whole.
From my point of view, cooldows are already short enough, hell, they could be longer as you usually have people sitting at 1 rank for a longer period of time anyways.

I'm slightly torn on this one...

I'm going to have to agree with Index here in saying that you have changed quite a fair bit ever since your rank transfer from Battalion. You have begun to speak your mind a little bit more freely in certain discord channels and in TeamSpeak, with some messages coming off as just plain rude to some people or just acting like you don't give a shit in some scenarios. I'm sure you can change for the better again, however with your recent resignation from 501st and EP for Mental reasons and just not being able to keep up. Now you said your plans had changed, but what prevent that from happening again forcing you to do the same thing all over again?

You're a great guy Sandy, but I'm not sure if Battalion would still be a good thing for you, as you said "gmod rp is a job".

Your reasons for being unbanned seems completly valid to me if true, however like has been stated prior, you have not provided any proof of such. However due to the length of the ban, I'd say you just ride it out as your ban would most likely have expired by the time SMT get to look at it.

While there are no ways to get a big list of commands, other than just knowing them. It is possible to do !menu which will give you access to your ULX/SAM commands that you have access to, however, this might now be as important to you as you will only have access to !pm & !asay (The command for making claims, @ for short).
The server is, however a DarkRP derived game mode, so most commands from DarkRP should still exist, such as /drop, /nick, /r, /give, /dropmoney, etc. Keep in mind that all DarkRP commands won't exist on the server due to them having been removed/disabled. There are also job commands and things from other addons for things such as inventory management, for example !invholster, which will holster your held weapon and will then appear in your inventory when you hold down your C key.
The job commands for most regiments will follow these rough rules:
The command starts with the regimental numbers (Ignoring things such as th & st; Ex. 104 & 212) The command is then followed up by the abbreviation of the rank, such as ET, CO, SO, EXO, VC, CMDR, ARC & Medic. Following these rules should then give you job commands such as /ctet for CT Enlisted Trooper, /501vc for 501st Vice Commander, /212arc for 212th ARC, etc. You will also have access to a few comms commands for communicating with clones, the republic, you regiment and whatnot, you can access/view the comms that you have access to by doing /comms.

You've also put a ton of effort in to writing up that custom story line which is always a big plus when applying for EP.
You've given the B2's a little too much HP as I think 3-4k would be a little bit too OP.

I'm gonna be completely upfront with you here BawJaws, you're a fun guy to talk to in game and all. However I don't feel like you're fit for being an EP just yet, as I'm unsure of how you would handle the responsibility of being one. Your event is also lacking in some parts having decently overpowered snipers with 1.75k HP and the event plan is generally not all too thought out/detailed.

Hazel has always been a prominent member of the community, being both a modeler and having been hierarchy in multiple regiments. I think Hazel with out a doubt could out put some amazing events which he clearly shows an ability to by being a modeler & by his event plan which he has just creating. In this event plan he has clearly laid out how the event will work, and how it will progress which is always a good thing.

Having had immense experience with ULX/SAM, Vangeance (I'm never spelling it with an "e") would have no issue with hosting an event. Vangeance is an amazing guy, performing extremely well both in 501st and as an ARC, he's level headed and very responsible for his roles. He has also clearly put a lot of effort in to his event.

Ferghh is a solid guy, having had prior experience with being an EP before and has been in high ranks such as Senior Commander before. I believe without a doubt that he can be trusted. However there doesn't seem to be a Jedi event.

Left CT to go and help out CG, which I really think shows commitment to help out the community in any way he can.
Throughout his time in and out of CT, Toast has done amazing being able to climb the ranks and reach ARC twice.

You have a good application here Obi, however I'm unsure of you're ready for ranks with ULX/SAM privileges. So far I've seen you loose your DD whitelist by going around stun sticking people, which I believe somewhat shows that you're not quite ready yet.

Personally, I think you could do quite well as staff. You've been in many positions before, most notably Battalion & you've been decently active. However I'm not sure if your commitment is up to par, I'd like for you to possibly try and stay at possibly COL in 501st for a month or two to show that you're committed enough.

I feel like you would do amazing as a staff member, as you already have experience with ULX, you've been in high ranking positions before, and such. However I'm not sure if you're quite ready to balance Staff, EP, Clone & Jedi all at the same time.

Amazing guy throughout my time as CT, he got started when I got started in CT. He has been in CT for a long while, and has therefore perfected his leadership abilities & his ability to command. When I was in hierarchy with him he was doing amazing making sure the regiment was in tip top shape. He would be an amazing pick in my opinion.

What should we pick you for Battalion:
After playing for almost 6 months of CT and reaching CT EXO I’ve gained a big amount of experience, in Leading, in judgement, in different type of trainings, in take care of new players, in taking them to a journey in CT. Of course, as a CT Hierarchy I’ve learned how and when to correctly discipline people, and can be very strict about it if needed. While leading I can be a very organised person and very careful with each order I give, of course these orders as to be fast and the best, and these orders I try to give the most detail of what to do, since I’m a CT and we have new welcomers every day we have to lead them to battle, which is a hard job. 
       I’m a person that has a lot of patience too, which can be very good when making decisions, I don’t get angry that fast and I’m able to deal with the situations with a calm behaviour. I’m also a friendly person, even though there’s a lot of people that probably don’t know me that well. Before joining the server, I was a little bit timid, it’s one of the reasons I stayed on CT so I could interact with a lot of new people every day, and now I can be way more open in conversations. 
       I’m also a person that likes a lot to help the people, to improve people in anyway I can, help regiments grow. We in CT had a time where we had the job to make people go to other regiments, since the server was in a bad position, and luckily we were able to recover the regiments as best as we could. As a battalion I could make all this possible too and better, help regiments with any needs, talk to the players to make their time more enjoyable.
      Concluding this, as a Battalion I would do try my best to make people enjoy their time on their servers, during leadings, during OOC times, and in trainings.
 
Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum)
 For me  the responsibilities of a battalion member  is to be a great, dedicated and strong leader in events or not. One of the roles of the battalion members is to be able to lead, to organize, in any scenario, in any circumstance, the republic, during attacks or when we are under attacks. A Battalion should also be also very respectable, very responsible, basically has to be a role model in ever way to the players, and to the new players even more. The battalion has also the responsibility of helping as much as he can the regiment he was assigned for, helping the whole regiment, in try-outs if needed, in decisions, in helping the hierarchy as much as he can. The battalion has also the responsibility and role of being the one to Grant or Deny any permissions asked in the republic comms, Trainings, flights, Leaving MB or entering, everything has to be Granted or Denied by battalion members, and it takes a huge responsibility to take the decision.

If the battalion member is not leading they should do their best to help in combat through different ways. They can help the regiment they are supervising in combat, depending on the regiment what they have to do it’s different of course. Also a non leading battalion always needs to be prepared to any circumstance, there might exist the need of leading out of nowhere, depending on the situation, so they always have to be prepared. The battalion can also lead the regiment they are supervising if there’s no CO+ online.
 
What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session:
  1 – Has to complete successfully a mandatory training
 2- Lead an event
 3- Successfully complete a debrief

I would just like to say thanks to everyone that helped me in CT, to stay in CT, It was a wonderful time, if I do get applied for Battalion I hope I will be a good new addition to the battalion ranks! And one other reason I want to apply for battalion was because I led the base late night one day it was fun, ofc that’s not all the batt does, but it was fun!
