Just try going for something in the server such as Hierarchy, ARC, Battalion anything along the lines of that to show how mature u are with your young age. You're a good lad but just need to dedicate yourself towards something to show that you are willing to stay and that you are mature enough to hold that position.
You are also pretty new to the server but still have good playtime for how long you have been here, just get used to the rules of the server and get your playtime up.

Just because she is a female doesn't mean she wouldn't be able to do the job she is required to do any worse or less than any other member on the staff team and i believe that she is a good candidate for staff.
