Best DU supervisor to date, very experienced ex Battalion, and has also been in fleet under my command where he lead events and did trainings to a high standard.
So as somoene who has both been commander under his supervision on CWRP and has been his commander in fleet on IRP, i can with confidence say he is good for the job both when it comes to both supervising and the other battalion stuff. Getting him into batt is a no-brainer i would say.

Ever since Phillip joined the IRP server he has been a great lad to be around, and seems to have all the qualities you look for in a staff member. The fact that he recently resigned might be a bit of a red flag, but i also think giving him staff might make the server more enjoyable for him like it did to me; fixing the issue with my only real -1.
Phillip is a no brainer in my opinion, and i think he should be given a chance based of what i have seen.

It is hard for me to give a point on the application, based off the fact that i dont feel confident that completely know the whole truth about what happened in scout, so i will just give out some points from what i have seen personally. 
-Quite active
-Overall a nice and funny guy, hard to dislike him
-Competent and quite experienced
-He seems to have the best interest in things, he wants to make it fun for everyone
-Has had a decently high rank
-This previous point can lead to some bad actions though, for example the incident with Steven Connor. Jokes meant to be funny that go too far.  
 
Overall i think Supermil could make a good staff based of my impressions of him, and i would not mind having him in team. But based of the lack of context and vision with the old drama i will stay neutral.

Although i dont know tasker very well, i have only had good interactions with him and he seems to be doing wonderwork in DT. He seems like a good choice for staff as well.

I have taken Garry under my wing ever since i first met him as a ST NCO. And although he had his mingy moments in ST; who did not when they first joined the server? He has slowly but surely gotten more and more competent, active, serious and he geniounly tries and manages to do a great job now. He is probably the single most active guy on the server, and even carries it a bit now that he comes on and does fleet stuff for hours on hours every day.
Same as Rapid, as his fleet commander for a while now Garry is a guy i would trust, and although he does joke about some times he is doing it in more the right ways and to make others have a fun time. Summarized; is fair, active, competent, helping and experienced. I think he would make a good staff, no matter if his beginning was a bit scuffed. Would love to have him in the team.

Rapid is not only a very serious, competent, mature and high ranking member of the server; but he is also one of the most active ones too.  I think he would be a solid choice for staff, and as his fleet commander for a while now i would say he can be very trusted with the power that would be given to him.

Jaymee is a decently experienced and quite active player, that i have mainly only gotten good impressions from during my time spent with shock. His activity is getting better and better, and he is more then mature and patient enough for the job. I also think Jaymee would be a very solid pick for staff!

Same situation as with a lot of others, i have a very good impression of this guy but i do not know him that well. But he has been trained by two of the best staff on the server in his hierarchy, and would have two great mentors through his staff ranks if he got it. I also have seen a lot of good qualities in him, and for someone to stay this patient with migny ETs is a good showcase of how patient he might be with annoying staff problems. I think he will be a good addition as well.

One of the most highly active and high ranked fleet members, and also quite mature when he isnt piss drunk lol. Nah but honestly i have seen a bit more of Artic and i think he is actually someone who has the activity to pull of more then excellent peformance in staff, while also beeing mature enough to make good choices in staff. No doubt he will be a alr staff!

Havent talked to much to Rich either, but from what i have seen he is also quite a sound lad. Also is a OG from clone wars if i remember correctly, so you know he knows his stuff! My +1 isnt that heavy as i dont know him that well, but from my impressions of him i think he is fit for the job!

Probably one of the most active on the whole server, also doing great in his regiment and genuinely seems like he is going to smash it in staff. I would give this lad a chance easily within staff.

First check the logs, if I see that it is all true I will send him to a safe place where nobody can get hurt. Then of course I will warn RDM. If he keeps on killing, they will ban him
2) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:
I tell him that he doesn't need to be trained, but if he wants to be trained he can ask to be trained in the chat.
3 ) During a debriefing, an ST accidentally shoots someone while trying to protect his weapon:
I tell him it is fine, but next time to be more careful with it
 
4 ) An ST #### does not salute you even though you are a rank higher than 2nd LT:
I will not do anything about it because it is an ingame problem

Reason one = I am active on the server all week and when I am not active they can always contact me in disagreement. So I can always help them even if I am not active on the server. I am always nice to people. If there are problems from different sides I ask both sides what their problem is and then help them both with what I can. So that they don't lose their enjoyment of playing on the server.
Other reasons = I don't need to be a higher rank or staff or whatever. I'm just open to help the people on the server to make it more fun for them and let them enjoy the server Without problems. Makes More people come on the server. If I don't have a solution to help them, I call someone who can help me, so I know it too. And can help the one who has the same problem next time. I'm always an open person, they can talk to me about anything. About their regiment problems and server problems and everything I don't care about. I always try to help with their problems. I am a nice person. That makes people feel more welcome on the server. I am a person who wants to solve their problems on the server. no matter what. I
