Bean is a nice guy and my interactions with him have been very pleasent. Also seems to have a lot of staff experience so that checks out quite well. Have had no issues IC or OOC with him.

Tasker you're a mature guy and would make a good staff member. The issue I have is that you have had a lot of ambitions going for different IC positions and it makes me question your commitment. You wanted ARC and went Hierarchy instead, You applied for Batt, then applied for EP twice (?). Putting yourself out there is good and shows you want to go for things but to me it doesn't really show me you can stay in one place for very long.

The application itself is well worded but there are some flaws to it. 
- The stealing blueprints/data from the republic event formula is kind of overdone now IMO. 
-Sniper EC's aren't really needed unless there are a lot of 41st on (if majority of them are ET's then its unfair as well). 
- Naboo City is used quite frequently and isn't a unique choice. 
- Jedi event is okay.

Everybody knows Archer. He is one of the most well known and active players on the server. Sure he has is moments but so does everyone else. Let this man get out of CE! He has demonstrated he can be mature and knows exactly what to do when it comes to Battalion.

Cooldowns aren't even that slow. If the Hierarchy is active and paying attention to the spreadsheet then you should have no issue getting promoted.

-Competent and is a very chill and easy going dude.
-Has a high rank in Jedi so shows he can be trusted.
-American (that needs no explanation from me) 
-Story is pretty good!
-Event execution is okay, nothing unique, but will get the job done. 
Cons:
-EC Health is pretty low.

All jokes aside, Crystar has been a very active, friendly, and creative person in the community.
Event plan is actually really cool and the document is very well put together.
Is a very chill person and is easy to work with.
Has shown competency in CT leadership.
Second application therefore demonstrating that they actually want EP.

-1 to the helmets because reaching EXO is in some forms a unique achievement and I believe the Airborne helmet is a nice little reward for reaching that position.

I've only known Index for a short period of time but the time has been well spent and he's a very nice guy and is extremely competent.
An absolute steal when it comes to Battalion.

This is Mark's THIRD application. Clearly he is very dedicated to wanting to get into Batt.
Pros:
-Highly active and mature individual
-Although not high of variety of ranks in other regiments, is a Colonel and shows dedication to his current regiment. 
-Nice guy and is a very solid medic.

-I genuinely cannot think of any cons.

Would love to see this event come to fruition. Especially for how the EC's will play out. Interesting event. 
However tight corridors can be a bit of a pain for Clone balancing.
