Alright, the application itself is really detailed and well explained, I can see that you put a lot of effort in and I like the idea. What people might discuss about even more is  your staff history, which isn't as great. However, I do believe in second chances and improvements and I do think you've learnt from your previous mistakes. You've shown great effort and commitment towards the server and GM. +1

You did improve from GC and 501st days, but it's the fact that the application lacks detail and you've also recently resigned from 327th. I agree with Bongo, perhaps rank up  a bit more in your new regiment.

Victor has been trying to get into the EP team for quite a while now and I do think he has got the qualities needed. The application goes well in depth. He is a lad as well. The only thing is that it's kinda hard to read.
